We had never been to Boulud Sud & took the opportunity of going for Miami Spice and clearly were not disappointed and will certainly be coming back. The food was absolutely delicious and service impeccable, what a pleasure.
From beautiful lighting, exceptional music and delicate decorations, it was an incredible evening. Highlight of the night, apart from the outstanding food and wine selection, was the impeccable service, which is a dying breed in the Miami area. Especial thanks to the entire team, but in particular to our server, Ana, who elevated our dining experience through professionalism, courteousness, and affability.

One recent Saturday night, my husband and I went to a new, highly touted restaurant in Miami for a special night out. We anticipated spending hundreds of dollars on this special evening, but the short of it, due to noise and poor service, we decided to leave before even getting started. Disappointed was an understatement. In an attempt to rescue the evening, we found our way to Boulud Sud. The team there saved our evening and even charmed us and won us over. We weren't sure what we wanted to eat, so we asked if they could just serve us wine pairings with whatever small bite food pairing they saw fit. We gave them our budget and they went to work! Oh my goodness, was this the best thing ever. The sommelier Robert seemed to have "just the plan" and he enlisted the chef to work along with him. The wines were delicious and were paired perfectly with the small bite food courses which were also delicious. Robert also described for us the background and tasting notes for each wine, spending dedicated time with us. We could not have been more impressed! If you want to be swept off your feet, just go to Boulud Sud and ask the sommelier to serve a wine flight with whatever small bites they find appropriate. I promise you will not be disappointed!
Robert and chef Michael are the wine and food dream team ! The wine was amazing, the food was absolutely phenomenal and the pairings was perfect. But all of this was made better by the immaculate service offered here ! Kudos to the team for another great evening for me and my friends.
Absolutely would recommend the Friday 6.15pm tasting experience with Robert, one of the top sommeliers in the city. You get to try a sample of his 180+ by the glass collections paired well with a Michelin-star Chef's bites. Absolutely a phenomenal experience that should be not missed!
This restaurant is phenomenal! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We celebrated my mom's birthday, and they were so kind to us, especially to her. The duck and lamb were our favorites!
Staff was patient, kind and friendly with my 2 year old tornado. Food was brought quickly and tasted amazing.
