The chicken is amazing ? but the mac and cheese needs some work because sometimes it's not the best other than most even better than KFC for sure comparable to restaurant grade for sure , amazing quality for a fast food restaurant.
Though this is one of my favorite places for roasted chicken and delicious sides, the place seems to be going out of business...the sides were dried out, the fountain machines, the ice nor the tea dispencers functioned...even the order screens were down and had notice of unpaid service to vendor...such a sad and disappointing experience.
Food was fab, customer service needs some work :-/ I found that if you play some gangsta’ music, they actually treat you better at the window—I even got a “have a blessed day” after all the ‘rude and eye rollin! Haha
Waited at drive thru only car in line for about 5 minutes in the rain with 2 kids in the car . Had to get down to find out there are 3 employees slothing around not One said hello and between the 3 fought basically played Rock Paper Scissors to see who took my order ??♂️??♂️??♂️ With employees like this Boston market is going down fast ! I’m a BOSTON MARKET FAN SINCE I WAS YOUNG . I don’t know who the owner is but apparently after reading all these bad reviews he or she don’t care either . IF you do read these and do care , feel free to reach out to me I’m a local restaurant owner and would take a chance at turning that place around ??♂️??♂️??♂️
Very shocked by how this location and employees had downgraded, 4 employees doing nothing, one taking the order while looking at the show in his cell phone, another one laying down… yess! In the seating area for customers, a lady and another guy on their phones too, very sad to see this place like that. Food horrible burned chicken cold mash potatoes. Never coming back
The lady there was very friendly:) The food is good. Definitely will be back for the great customer service!
Food order was completely correct and food was hot and tasty. All food containers were properly closed and without any leakage. We will be back son.
Employees don’t seem to want to work, we were not greeted when we arrived nor addressed when we left.When I asked for red sauce for my meatloaf, I overheard a female employee tell the young male employee that it was “in the back” then the young male employee told me, “there wasn’t any more.”As I’m eating in the dining room an elderly couple was literally stopped at the door, not allowed to enter, only to be told “drive-thru only” again by the young male employee. They left. He then proceeded to lock the doors. Literally two minutes later a group of what appeared to be family or friends were allowed to enter.When another couple tried to enter, they were also told drive-thru only.” Just like the first couple, they left without ordering.All this was happening as the group all sat in the dining room entertaining themselves while eating. This happened today Saturday at 6:30 pm at the Boston Market in Doral, FL.
Food was great, good service but the cashier was doing two people job, drive-thru & front she was un able to give me that wow moment that I was looking for.
The lady taking our order was very rude and disrespectful. We had to repeat our order multiple times because she was sayings things and people were screaming in the background. They also only had one protein which most people do not like and should have a variety of foods. After this happened i searched this location and realized how many bad reviews they have, so dont waste your time going to this place
