The manager Susan went above and beyond for me. She is very professional and very pleasant! I had a problem with my order, she offered to give me a refund or replace the food. She took care of the order and made sure everything went well. Thank you for going out of your way.
Worst, Worst, Worst, Worst Boston market I have ever been to. Lady serving the drive thru keep complaining about only three staff working. There were two cars in the drive thru and four people inside the restaurant. Staff appeared overwhelmed. Took almost 25 minutes to served one customer in drive thru. Had to leave my food so I wouldn't be late for work.
The manager susan is very professional! and very pleasent! had a problem with my order. she took care of me. And corrected the situation! great work ethics. food was delicious! thanks!
What a bad experience, they get upset because I let them know that they were forgetting to include the cornbread. They were short in staff, Which is understandable situation. But the attitude to take care of the customer was horrible.The girl Afro American was trying to charge me more in my credit card. I normally don’t place A bad review on a business, but this Boston market deserve it.
6/12/2022 - The lady working the drive through absolutely made my experience and my day better. I wish I got her name but she had short blonde hair. She helped me pick out menu items as I have never been here before and was so kind while doing so. She deserves a promotion! Thank you Boston Market and her!
I order on line for the wrong location, I try to cancel the order for that location when I called I spoke to a young lady who was very rude, so I decided to go on to pick up the order even though it was a 10 mile drive. Once arriving I was told to ask for the manager Sue and tell her to give me extra cornbread I had order cornbread and sweet potatoes for my dinner I cooked cabbage and turkey wings, I told Sue what I was told she started packing my order and went to the back and never returned after waiting 10 minutes I ask for my order and left to never return to this Boston market ever again, I could be extremely hungry with no transportation stranded at this location and would not go into this place to eat very rude customer service
Great! The young lady that took our order past 8pm today 6/11/22 and assisted us at the drive thru is wonderful, very professional and a pleasure to deal with, a great asset to Boston Market. Ready to go back soon!!!
This has to be a Marty Byrde money laundering cover (joking). There always out of 2/3rd of the menu, their hours are irregular, they closed their dining area, and the storefront looks like an empty bodega. The staff are nice enough but the state of this extinct franchise restaurant is a complete curiosity.
No dine-in or carry out - only drive thru. Guess I neeed to know how to make a 3-point U-Turn to become a Boston Market customer
Worst Boston Market Location. Half of the menu is blocked because they don't have it available and the other half, when you ask for it, they dont have it either. Staff is always treat you like they don't want to work at all! Very different from other Boston Market locations I've been to.
