The drinks were really good and the workers were very nice. So why did I leave a 1 star review? Because of the aftermath. We ordered three simple drinks with tapioca. We all got severe stomach aches after. One of the worst experiences in my life. I was in that bathroom crying and couldn't get out of bed. My friends couldn't either. This was one hell of a drink, if you want to be shattered and broken order a lychee drink with strawberry popping boba. Will give you a coma. ?
I've been to pretty much every boba shop in Miami, and the boba here is pretty mediocre. The biggest problem is the customer service is absolutely awful, I ordered a drink that I've had before and it was super bitter so I asked if they could remake it and the manager got mad and told me it was supposed to taste like that. Absolutely no care for customer satisfaction.
Best boba I’ve had so far. Definitely returning to this one. I was there today with my daughter who’s a boba aficionado

I’m not a Boba specialist, nor am I going to pretend that I am, but I’ve been to Boba World 3 times and I’ve been satisfied with the taste, the prices, and the overall customer experience. The pearls were yummy, my daughters loved it and would definitely keep coming back for future visits.
There was one girl there i had arrived just right at opening. I never leave reviews but this employee was beyond amazing. Ive only tried them a few times at other places she was nice enough to explain it. And made itt just right.. def gonna recoomend everyone there its alot closer and great service which now a days is hard to find. Thnk you for making my morningAgain thank you!!
I’m a reasonable person when it comes to working with foods and drinks because i understand the struggles, but some things should not be left un said. i ordered 2 teas with extra tapioca, only 1 drink was made. and waited for about 20 minutes as everyone who came in after me got there drinks before i did. i go to ask the worker why my second drink hasn’t been made and turns out they never made the order. so there i place it again and wait about another 15 minutes and still no drink. i go up again and turns out they still hadn’t made it and there was no tapioca left!! i didn’t get what i paid for and it was not a good experience from customer service to so many other factors that go in hand with these kind of businesses.
