Nice place, load of different fun: pool, arcade, table's games, ping pon, TV screens everywhere, and 60 lines bowlers to keep everyone happy busy. Plus, Meals and Bars and, the nice night surprise!! I love it.
Best bowling place in Miami and very famous with the local population for a reason, It is much bigger inside than you would expect and it is a great place to hang out. In addition to the bowling it has a fairly large arcade section and Pool section.
Sometimes you wonder how a place like this has been around for so long and then you visit and you understand why. Great family environment and great place for a friends night out. Food was good, drinks were well made and reasonably priced. They do get really busy on the weekends so the service is a tad slow but the staff is working as hard as they can. Due to this, expect to wait 1 to 2 hours for a pool table or a lane. To avoid this you can make a reservation ahead of time but be sure to do it a few days in advance. Same day or next day reservations for a Saturday night will be tough to get. Definitely one of those places you visit and ask yourself "Why do we not come here more often?".
Took the whole family for a night of fun! The price was great since we went on a weekday after 6. The lights go down and the music up after 10, so worth it and lots of fun. Food and drinks were good too
My family and I have not been to Bird Bowl in a while. We did not have a great experience upon our return. Initially they did not accept our free bowling game cards. The male behind the counter said, “No we don’t take that. It’s only Monday thru Friday.” I then informed him that was unfair and that should be printed on the card. I kindly asked for a manager. He then proceeded to ask another employee who was not the manager. He shut me down automatically. The employee then called the manager and she kindly accepted our cards. I said thank you to the employee. He ignored me. I then kindly said it again. He ignored me again. He then asked another employee to assist me with our shoe rental. She was very unpleasant. At the end of the transaction I said thank you. She ignored me. I then kindly said it again and in an unkindly voice she said, “no problem.” We then went to our lane to bowl and I asked an employee if they had any lighter bowling balls (7) and he said no, 8 was the lightest. I then said thank you and he ignored me. Thankfully shortly after, we found a lighter ball for my smallest child. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.
Place is clean and super busy. The staff works hard to help customers. Our server Michy was great. We had an awesome time and hope to visit again.
I organized a corporate event for my team here and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Mady from programming assisted me with planning the event and invoicing, and on the day of the event everything was ready to go and our server Andrea was so sweet and attentive. The food was good, the service was great, and everyone had an awesome time. Can’t ask for more as an event director. I definitely recommend other companies hosting team events here. Big thanks to Mady and Andrea. Side note: the renovations they did during the pandemic look amazing!
I came here with my family on Wednesday and I had such a great time! All three ladies at the front desk were so nice to us and very helpful. The prices were different for spring break and they were nice enough to explain the price differences. We were a pretty big group so we did have to wait a bit but it wasn’t too bad. Once we sat down we got served by the sweetest server! She was very attentive and was constantly checking up on us.
Great environment and a lot of fun. Very safe and enjoyable for the whole family to go. Best days are Sundays you buy 1 hour of bowling and you get one free. Also full bar, arcade, and at least a dozen pool tables for those in to billiards.
Good bowling spot. Remodeled bar area with great drinks. You can order food and it comes to your lane.
