They suggested we contact Bill Hansen's company to step in -- and we were extremely fortunate to be able to work with them.Chef Dewey Losasso was able to match virtually all the food choices we originally asked for, while adding his own creative touches. He was able to even add some new appetizers to our preferences while offering multiple entree choices, each one better than the other!Event manager Ashley Herrera was an absolute dream to work with, walking us through every step to make sure all aspects of our food service were what we hoped for.After the wedding we heard only highest praise from our family and friends about how beautifully all dishes were presented and how delicious the food was. Bill Hansen catering exceeded all expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for catering excellence for their special occasion!
What can I say about Eden and the rest of the bill hansen team. We asked them to do a KOSHER wedding and two venues with no kitchens and they somehow made magic happen. Eden was so easy to work with and any issue we had a long the way she found a solution for us. Our wedding weekend went smoothly and Eden and the Bill Hansen team were instrumental in it all!

Bill Hansen Catering was an absolute must-have for us at our wedding not just because we consider ourselves foodies but because of the experience they offer through their food, presentation, and service staff. Never thought we would receive compliments from our guests on how well the service staff treated them. They may be known for their dishes and presentation skills or quality of ingredients but we were blown away throughout the entire process (tasting, planning, and the big day). The only hiccup we experienced (and the reason we knocked 1 star off for Quality of Service) was with the bartenders they provided to serve our signature cocktails which were an Old Fashioned (His) and a New York Sour (Hers)... instead of using the Maker's Mark bourbon we provided for both cocktails, they used Buchanan's Scotch Whiskey and about 4-8 sugar cubes per drink... Other than this very small detail, everything else was amazing and we would not only recommend them for your wedding, but they would be our first call for any major event we plan in the future. Highly recommend! We had a 50 person wedding in a private venue. Bill Hansen handled the food, drinks and rentals. We said food and drinks were the most important thing and they made that a reality for us. We had 6 passed hors d'oeuvres, served dinner, open bar and coffee station. Our family still talks about the food and coffee! Even though the wedding was small and simple, the room looked elegant. Even my husband was surprised how nice the room looked! Thank you (especially Sandra and Amy) for making our small day so perfect and delicious!!
I’m pretty late in writing this review, but I knew I HAD to make sure people knew how great it is to work with Bill Hansen Catering. Sandra in particular was amazing, extremely communicative in all things, and held our hand every step of the way making sure to prioritize the things that were important to us! We asked for something really kind of out of the norm, and they were able to make it happen. We had stations set up for a variety of choices for guests, and almost one year later, we STILL have guests tell us they were so surprised that the food at our wedding was so damn good. We had guests going back for seconds and thirds and it was worth every penny! Say no to boring wedding food - SAY YES to Bill Hansen! You won’t be disappointed :)
