First, I would like to say my experience with Bettersweet Vegan Bakery was terrific! Speaking to the professional baker was an honor! These desserts were delicious, and the flavor was on point! They are not open on Sundays, but as a kind courtesy, they opened on Sunday for me to pick up my treats! I’m very grateful. The design was breathtaking! From traveling to different vegan bakeries between Miami Dade and Broward, Bettersweet is number 1 on my list, and moving forward; I will be ordering from here! Thank you for everything!

Loved the Mario Cake we had for my son’s Bar Mitzvah this past weekend. It was so good and looked amazing! I highly recommend!!

I have never wanted to eat cake as much as I do now lol! Ever since I discovered this hidden Vegan Gem, I’ve ordered for almost every occasion & celebration! The decorations are on point beautiful. The taste is also amazing, the cakes are delicious, tasty & moist ?Definitely recommend it!

I ordered a vanilla/confetti birthday cake for my daughter. I asked to pick up between 11 and 1 pm so i could pick it up before my daughter got out of school at 2pm. They tell you to wait until they tell you it's ready for pickup. I waited all day and even called twice. No answer. They called me back at 1pm and said "oh its ready, we were busy so we forgot to call." I live 40 minutes away (without traffic) and had to rearrange my schedule for the day and take my daughter out of school early just so I could pick up the cake on time before they closed at 4. I was greeted by someone who was on speaker on the phone. She was pleasant but I was taken back by the lack of professionalism of this bakery so far. As for the cake, it was pretty but was not what I paid for. It was not a confetti cake. My kids only ate the frosting. The cake tasted bad. Will be calling to ask for a refund of the tip I gave them and to let them know I was not happy with the overall purchase. Would never order from here again.* response to owner: You need to learn how to own up to your mistakes. You could have simply said, we were wrong, sorry. I didn't say anything mean about your worker, I said she was pleasant. I added a screenshot of the text you sent saying " we will notify you when your order is ready". Like I said, I had to rearrange my day to be there before you closed. Yes, it was at 2pm. I think you should re-read my post. And lastly, it was not a confetti cake like I ordered. You made a mistake. Its okay, at least apologize for it! Again, lack of professionalism.

This bakery is not just delicious but they are also incredibly helpful! I would 100% recommended them to anyone! Thanks again for helping me last minute get my husbands birthday cake done! You guys are the best!

This Bakery saved my Sons Birthday I’ve been let down by a bakery the day before my sons birthday. I needed a vegan Birthday cake as well as vegan cupcakes, I’ve called a few places but no bakery was interested to help until I reached Better Vegan Bakery I had called and was told they would make an exception and help, as for the cake it would probably have to be one of the less intricate cakes due to the timing. Next I went online placed and paid my order and called back to make sure everything is ok I couldn’t resist but pick my car fanatic son who’s birthday had a lightning McQueen theme the cars cake which is not one of the less intricate ones, I was told to hold for a second and what do you know they told me they could make it. I was so happy almost couldn’t believe it since we are in miami and even more impressed once the cake arrived I placed the order around 9AM and the cake and cupcakes were delivered before 3PM in Miami this is like unheard of in terms of customer service experience. My son loved his cake and so did we, my husband who’s hard to impress couldn’t stop saying how good this cake tasted and it’s probably the best tasting birthday cake he’s ever had and my sons his class loved the cupcakes.I couldn’t be more grateful to this Bakery for having made this same day order delivery exception and saving my sons birthday thank you ??????

I got a cake from Bettersweet for my husband's birthday. It came out perfect! I can tell that a lot of time and detail went into this cake. I am really happy with it, and will be using them for future birthdays or other special events. Thank you!

I called this morning and requested a repeat order of a SMASH CAKE (that I had ordered twice before).As I unpacked the cake, I noticed that it was incorrect and was not what I had specifically ordered (a hard shelled/smashable cake with a hammer).After realizing that the cake was incorrect, I called and spoke with a woman (allegedly the owner). I explained that the order received wasnot correct. She did nothing to rectify the situation and attempted to insult my intelligence with her ignorant explanation of what a SMASH CAKE is. She was dismissive, rude, and arrogant. She would perhaps have more success as a zoo keeper.Beware!RESPONSE TO INDIRA (owner):Customers use this tool to advise other customers of the vile service and products received by business who don't make the slightest effort to rectify the situation.A normal, self-respecting business would take pride in their product and customer service and would go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy.I'm sorry that you interpreted my disdain for your dismissive behavior and felt "threaded" when I advised you that I would be using social media platforms to warn future customers of your lack of customer service.Furthermore, the cake that was provided was vile looking, poorly made and tasted horrific (see image below). If this is your idea of a "smash cake," I would suggest you take your own advice and do a google search on how to properly advertise your product and provide customer service.
