The mac n cheese is gnocchi! It’s awesome!
Waitress was very nice! Friday night 8pm the place was empty - not a good sign. Food was mediocre at best. Wonât be returning.
Good overall, if we werenât seated next to the kitchen we would of probably had a better experience as it was extremely hot. Food was good, our waitress was very nice and pleasant, wish our table was pre clean more often and our beverages came out sooner. Place was very loud, would not go back with my baby but I did enjoy the DJ and vibe.
Our server was great and let us try their cinnamon apple shots!

Great atmosphere and serving staff, extremely poor management. NON MEAT EATERS BEWARE I am a pescatarian and ordered the cauliflower wings, and upon eating I noticed a took a bite of a fried chicken piece. I shared with my friends who were able to confirm. A bearded manager responded by coming over to our table and yelling at me, saying there was absolutely no way this happened and he had the cooks "Smash" all the bites and confirm they were all cauliflower. I shared with him that I had multiple members of my party try the piece who all eat meat, and they all confirmed that the one piece was chicken clearly chicken and not cauliflower like the rest. Obviously mistakes happen, and It was not the fact that there was meat in the vegan dish that made me upset, but the reaction from management just made the whole experience pretty disgusting .Luckily, our server Gina was an absolute sweetheart and was the only part of our experience that was pleasant. I would love to know how this man got in a position of power at Batch, as many members from our table are in the restaurant industry and could not believe his scary demeanor yelling at a customer. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, they told open table we did not show up for our reservation....LOL.
Very first time here and it was amazing. Great customer service and the server was AMAZING.
My daughter (10 yo) and I went for brunch. The food and service was great no complaints. I liked the different options for mimosas. You do have to pay for parking $4 per hour. I would definitely go again including in a group
