Small batch made artisanal ice cream and premium booze, it's a match made in heaven! Aubi & Ramsa, named for owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirehas who spent eight years studying how to make ice cream with the liquor inside of it have your fix in the Jade Alley in the Miami Design District. They also have stores in south Florida and Tampa and in New York and Nevada. The cute shop is set up like a bar where they can make all your summer dessert dreams come true. They serve 20 flavors in a 3.7 ounce size for around $12 and pints sell for $20. Ice cream and sorbet are infused with beer, wine, and spirits. Creative flavors include Kentucky Crème Brûlée, a crème brûlée ice cream made with Maker's Mark and caramelized sugar sprinkles, The Coco Loco, a coconut cream ice cream made with Don Juo Blanco and coconut flakes, The White Russian, a coffee liqueur ice cream made with Belvedere Nola and English toffee bits, and Lucky Brownie, an Irish cream ice cream made with Carolans Irish Cream and bits of organic brownies. They offer seasonal flavors and they can custom make flavors for events and parties. After intently studying the menu I finally decided on a champagne and sorbet combination, Strawberries and Rosé, a strawberry sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot rosé and St. Germain. It was actually one of their vegan selections and it was so fruity and refreshing. I sat in one of the chairs set up in Jade Alley and had a little mini vacation while I enjoyed my treat. $11 is a bit expensive for what is basically the size of a push pop but it was made with quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious and this is the Design District after all, home of Fendi and Prada. I definitely would be interested in trying some of the ice cream flavors. Everything comes prepackaged so sadly no samples :( Oh and if you do know one of those parties that is serving this, please invite me!

Flavors were amazing, the bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great visit and will definitely go again!

Hellooo!!! After brunch in el turco in buena vista my friend and I were looking for ice cream and aubi & ramsa pooped up in google. I thought it was bar and ice cream but not... It is ice cream with 4.9% alcohol. You can buy a little one which is equivalent to a beer or the big which is equivalent to four beers.I had passion fruit margarita but the winner was my friends, dolce de leche.Friend ice cream bartender, nice music, and great for any occasion.See yall soon!!

ice cream in a Different format! Love the flavors, love the coco loco

I purchased a pint of this ice cream at aventura mall. Its a top notch product. Taste really good and gives a nice buzz but doesn’t make you feel sick. I will be buying this again.

A gem in design district, I’m not an ice-cream person but those unique ice-cream are the only ones I’m craving for. Amazing combination of flavors.

What a treat! The four of us went for an afternoon snack (the truffle flavor with Macallan was a hit). Later that night, we went back for dessert and had another round. We surpassed our $50/day ice cream budget but who cares? It was delicious.

Best ice cream in town! Their alcohol-infused ice creams are to die for. Must come must have. Enjoy!

Perfect spot for a some boozy ice cream. Al locations in Miami look really nice inside, so no surprise the one in Miami design district does too. They have so many flavors to choose from. My personal favorite is the White Russian… boozy, creamy and rich. Great spot!
