I think Arbys is very under appreciated. I found this specific location very clean and the staff very friendly.Gotta say the menu is very tasty and reasonably priced. I got the gyro and it was delicious!!!
My partner and I order from here via Ubereats and we have had a great experience thus far. I love the burgers from here and quality of the ingredients. Last night we decided to splurge and ordered some food. This time my boyfriend was the one to have actual meals whereas I only wanted a shake since I wasn’t hungry. That was my first time ordering the chocolate shake and I really enjoyed it, but to my surprise this morning I had a upset stomach and woke up to be I the bathroom for a while. I don’t know if they need to check the materials they use for the shake I hope no one experiences this. Justa call out to review the conditions of whatever is used to make shakes. I’m not lactose intolerant either so..
I went today for the new bergers and it was disgusting. They were burned and tasted like fish. Apparently they fried them in the same oil where the fish was cooked. Didn't take them back because I was in the way to my house and I live a little bit far, but I recommend you don't buy them. At least in this restaurant
Quality was good... Quantity was bad... My turkey sandwich barely had turkey.. My friends ordered pecan chicken salad and same thing.. Barely any added to the sandwich. Overall expensive for the amount of food you get.. If you want a lot of bread and hardly any Meat, then go for it.. Not sure if coming back... Disappointed.
I haven't been to this place in two years (2020). The last time I went there they had a promotion on the app where you can get a roast beef sandwich for only a dollar. The problem was you couldn't pay on the app. You had to show the promotion to the employee or manager to get the deal and pay at the window. The dining hall was closed due to the pandemic so if you want to order something, you had to go to the drive thru window. Since then, the Arby's app has dramatically changed. You can now order on the app and pay for it. I ordered the 1/2 pound roast beef ? with cheese, curly fries and a large drink. The curly fries were good.If you want to go there, you can take the 8 bus to SW 67 Ave or the 73 bus to SW 8 St.
The worst customer service ever! I went by the drive thru; then, parked my car to eat my meal, only to realize I was missing the curly fries. That's when the saga started. I walked up to the window and the girl at the window told that I had not paid for curly fries. I went back to my car for the receipt. When she saw that I had the fries on the receipt, she told me that they were at the bottom of the bag. I went back to my car to check the bag. Nothing. Nada. At that point, I was very upset. I took my order back to the store to talk to the manager, Carla Alvarez, who btw didn't speak English and couldn't understand anything I was saying. She asked if I "wanted" curly fries...I said "I want what I paid for". In the meantime, her employees were mocking me and laughing at me, which I considered elder abuse and harassment because I'm a senior. We went back and forth and she was not accepting their mistake. Finally, I said I want my money back. Left with my money...no apologies.
I have had food delivered several times and they always forget the au just for the french dip and no sauces for the roast beefs even though I beg them to please put these items in the bag. The manager needs to make sure the order is correct and complete before it is delivered.
I ordered two fish sandwiches via the app which weren't available in-store. Initially, I was told that I could swap them for two chicken sandwiches, and I agreed. I waited in my car by the door. I was then told that they couldn't cancel my order on their computers, and neither could I cancel the order via the app because it's Arby's policy (on their website) so the option to cancel isn't available. So I was then urged to either call customer service or my own bank to cancel the transaction, and that there was nothing that they could do for me because of inventory and that it was "illegal" for them to otherwise substitute my sandwiches. I wasted about 15 minutes of my lunch break in the drive-thru waiting for absolutely nothing... And I wasted additional time afterwards calling my bank to cancel the transaction.
The best fast-food restaurant in Miami. Great diverse menu with several options. Some of my favorites are the turkey and swiss sandwich, gyro, and their fries. So many great sauces.The staff at this location are incredibly nice. You will not be disappointed.
We had a great experience the big guy at the register. Definitely a kind dude. Me and my wife went in because she loves her some Arby's and I asked for his opinion of what was better the chicken strips or the nuggies. He said the nugs and boy were they good with some good crinkle fries. I also got a side of jalapeno poppers with that delicious bronco berry sauce. Yummy! Had to ring the bell on the way out. Great experience awesome service good food happy customer
