My server was good but the food wasn’t all that. The mozzarella sticks were at best lukewarm, as well as the nachos and artichoke dip; the cheese wasn’t at all melted and to top it of, I found a bug in my drink! I was comped for the drink, but that didn’t make me wanna have another since I was weary of there being another bug.
I just went to this Applebee's today at 10:41 and requested a seat so I can watch my van outside as it was left open with some product hanging out the back. Given that I could not secure my vehicle I would have been able to watch it through the window. I requested from the hostess if I could sit or I could see out the window to my vehicle she advised me the section had no one hit it. I think with a little effort on their part we could have both been happy with some kind of arrangement. I feel they could have been more reasonable. But that's just my opinion. I have eaten at this location several times in the food is great.
I ordered food at 5:40 but by 7 i was told my order was picked up and by 8 i was told the food had been given away but a delivery person will be dropping off my order soon ,.......but because it was getting late i asked to cancel my order so i can just pick it up, .....i was told id have to repay inperson, and wait 3 to 5 days for my refund , so i just decided not to order today,.and cancel all together.....i was also told not to order online from applebeee to order from uber or door dash because THEIR DRIVES STEAL THE FOOD, which i didnt know the company hired such people, normally i tip half now ,half later but after being told about the theft their drives are doing ....i will now be tippng inperson to make sure none of my items are missing... i cant wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and still have to cook for my family just because the company hired bad staff to assised the restaurant with their delievers... shame on them i hope, they can fix their theft problem soon,
My wife and I had dinner at this location today. Nothing fancy but a very nice, easy going dining experience. Our server was named Liz and she was very polite with us and attentive. This location seems understaffed but the staff there work very hard and I appreciate their efforts. We saw them organize several tables for a massive family gathering during our meal. The staff put in the hard work and we feel they should be recognized for it. Thank you so much for the fine work you do.
Bartender is amazing. Brian or Ryan is his name. Great food and drinks but above all affordable
Worst Applebee's in the country! Waited 10 minutes to be seated by host. And another 10 minutes for the waitress to show up. Once ordering, (BTW happy hour dosen't start till 10pm not 9pm unlike any other Applebee's) we ordered 2 perfect margaritas ( of course all the metal shakers were dirty so they were served in a water glass??) and we ordered some double crunch wings to wait for happy hour to start. Wings came and the waitress hastily dropped off plate and ran away before asking if we needed something, however the wings were very good tasting. Saw her again about 5 minutes prior to happy hour and said that we wanted to order some apps to-go for the happy hour rate( we were still hungry, but couldn't stay here all night). Food showed up about 23 minutes later, but come to find out we were charged the regular rate becauseshe entered the order to early. At that point in the night we were so frustrated that we declined the food, paid the bill and left. I've been to Applebee's in about 20 states and this was by far the worst costumer service I've received from any restaurants, let alone a national branch. My only hope is that someone reads this that can make a difference at this establishment so other wary travelers don't receive the same treatment.
This location need a lot more staffing, and I'm giving the 5 start to the staff that's there's cause they really bust their behinds and give great service. The food always good the spinach dip is great, the steak always comes out the right temperature and the broccoli is perfect. Shout out to Oliver, great disposition and super nice. If you are coming to this location sit and be patient, don't take it out on the staff if service is kinda slow... It doesn't mean is going to be bad.
1st time eating here. Place was very empty. But server was very nice and friendly. He was constantly checking if everything was ok, great service. Food was good and price affordable.
Since we got there Chris was super helpful with getting our tables ready for 12 of us . He was awesome providing service and has great personality. He made us feel like home.
This was genuinely the WORST Applebees location I’ve ever been too. Looks filthy from the moment you walk in. Smells just as bad as it looks on the inside. Food took forever and was cold. If I were Applebees corporate I would shut down this location to save their brand reputation.
