My first staying at this aloft and I'm so impressed. Beautiful location and extremely nice staff. I appreciate the room upgrade with city views! The shower and room is so stylish. Wish I could've stayed longer but I'll definitely be back! Great start to my vacation.

The employees here are really nice, but that's kind of the only good thing about the hotel. The lobby and hallways smell strongly of air freshener, and when that wears off it smells like urine, mildew, and cigarettes. I had lots of knats in my room when I checked in and they just got worse the longer I stayed. There are no microwaves in the rooms and no laundry room.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Aloft Brickell. All of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. My room was a king with a balcony, which was very spacious for 2 people and I had a small dog with me. There is not pet fee, which was awesome but no designated dog areas so you may have to walk around to find a spot to let your pet out. Otherwise our stay was amazing, and we will come again.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down.\\n\\nThe staff was friendly and diligent. Our room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel is well located, with easy access to i95; there is also a variety of restaurants and bars about a block away. Valet parking service was also great.

It is unusual to find a hotel that doesn’t turn off or reduce the temperature during the night. It was a wonderfully cool night and a blissful sleep. Thank you for not turning down the AC during the night. I actually woke up cold, which never happens!!

Really enjoyed my stay at Aloft Brickell..by far my favorite aloft that I’ve stayed in. Spacious room and balcony. Front desk staff, housekeeping and food/Bev staff were kind and attentive. Particularly loved the complimentary mimosas and great conversation from Karen. Will stay here anytime I’m in Miami

I’m not really the type to write bad reviews on employees unless I must. But let’s begin with the note. Stayed here for one night and can’t complain about the hotel or anything. This is a spot you come for business etc. Don’t look for any lavish amenities or anything.Walking distance to everything is a great factor. However, the bartender Ada ( I believe her name is because I asked her) was extremely rude when I tried to order a drink 10 minutes before the bar closed. She said that the bar stops serving drinks at 10:50 even though it was before it was closed. I asked her to clarify why that’s the case even though it closes 10 minutes later. She got nasty with an attitude and pretty much chastised me about “I should Know that the bar is closed 10 minutes prior and I’ll only serve you beer” I said cool..no problem, not a big deal. Didn’t want to waste my energy on something so trivial. However, this was a pretty lackluster and rude way to treat a customer. Won’t be coming back

Staff was very positive and helpful. Hotel seemed tired. Room was ok. Went out on balcony and looked at other buildings. Not a great view. Close to a newly remodeled mall. Good restaurants.\\nBad odors in the elevator each time we used.

Where to start…. It’s a dump. Dirty. Old. Bad neighborhood. Can’t open or close shades. Curtains have holes in them. Remodeled but very cheaply and sloppily and a long time ago. No hot water. Sink faucet broken. DO NOT believe any of the amenities. No place to get food at hotel. Nothing in the area. $55 for a cheap burger and 6 inch kids pizza with grub hub before tip. But…what kept us feeling like hostages was that they lied in their advertising re laundry both on their website and on their fee schedule in the room. We didn’t plan for their misrepresentation and had no options for laundry. Uber to laundry was $35. So…stuck there with no food. No clean clothes. No ability to sightsee. I can’t believe they charge $350 to $500 a night. We travel to Miami often and normally stay at hotels 3 times the quality and half the price. I feel like I was literally robbed.

Wish I could give zero stars. First, the absolute horrid smell (something being pumped into the ducts/vents) upon entering will have you feeling uneasy about your stay before you even make it to your room. Then the room. I would hope maybe it was just bad luck and it was only our room that was not cleaned, but I'm doubtful. DISGUSTING and unliveable, even for a few days (ended up only staying one night out of our 4 night reservation and left for a better hotel). Staff was rude, not helpful and sketchy. Didn't even feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room to walk around the area for a coffee for a bit. Cannot believe Marriott would put their name on such garbage. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
