Very disappointed. I don't know what happened, it used to be so good. I bought 6 mini cupcakes different flavors, the cake did not taste like anything and they put so much sugar on the frosting that it was like eating the same nasty cupcake over and over again.
I used to love their cupcakes and all their goodies. I don’t know what happened but last weekend I purchased 1.5 dozen of cupcakes and shared it with close friends. One of the cupcakes was honestly Rock hard and just not edible. All the cupcakes that we tried were all dry and seemed old. I’m not sure if I’ll go back and I said that the last time and gave them one last chance. It’s sad to see a vegan bakery go down in quality like this.
Huge proponet of locally owned businesses but political propaganda is not something I want shoved down my throat with my dessert(pharmaceutical fliers in my to-go bag). The cupcakes are overpriced for the tiny size they are but nonetheless they are delicious. So many flavors and a few extra goodies on the side.Shame the arroz con leche didn't make it 2 days in my fridge, I'm sure it would have been just as yummy.
Cupcakes are overpriced & most of the time very dry. From the looks of the reviews, the owners don’t care much about this business & customer service isn’t the greatest either. I’d check out another vegan spot, save yourself some time & money.
Customer service was nice. For me, the cupcakes were not worth the price. I bought 5 cupcakes and a can of sprite for $15. When we tried them not sure if it was because it was Sunday afternoon and there wasn’t much of any of the desserts left but they were very dry and a vanilla one tasted like bread. Maybe I’ll try this place again once it opens instead but sadly not impressed as much as I wanted to be.
I wanted to love this place, but I found the person (don’t know if it was the owner) who was working at the time to be a bit unwelcoming. They didn’t greet when we walked in and barely said a word and only spoke to answer direct questions not really offering much help explaining products. Maybe they were having a bad day, ok no problem. So we got the tiny cupcakes since it was all we could see that was still available. $23 for a dozen tiny cupcakes…ok they must be quite good and everything vegan is always overpriced. When we tried them we were so disappointed. I think the frosting is probably made from aquafaba because it tastes bad almost like metal. The white part of guava frosting was the worst. Not worth the price tag if it’s not good. Would be ok with price if it was actually quality product.
YUMMY GOODIES. VERY CLEAN. FRIENDLY STAFF. A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT GOOD. PLENTY OF PARKING
Delicious and all vegan love their jackfruit empanada and pastelitos
My one star rating is for their customer service. I purchased two dozen cupcakes to bring to my son’s school as they do not allow regular cupcakes due to some children being allergic to dairy products. So I cannot rate their “taste”.The only person there, (I assume it’s the owner according to other reviews), has absolutely no customer service manners. She answered questions with a “yes” and “no” only. She wouldn’t even look at our eyes when we talked to her. Awful service! I will drive further if necessary to purchase vegan sweets but I will never purchase from them again.
It didn't look like the kind of place that I will enjoy because of being vegan and all but guess what?...it was marvelous and I'm not exaggerating. Service was great and I mean great it was D bomb
