This is an interesting restaurant. We’ve never had anything but great food there, certainly one of the best Burgers in Miami that’s for sure. Unfortunately there never seems to be anyone even remotely resembling management there so the employees do the best they can. They appear to have little or no training therefore the service is horrible! So you get great food but by the time you’re done eating you’re thoroughly ticked off due to the lousy service? Why would any restaurant owner care about delivering great food but then not care about the service thereby ruining the experience?
I used to love this place, although they usually took very long time to serve the food. But it’s something we already know when coming back again and again. Last time, however, we came with another couple and we realized that they charge 18% for 4+ party service, plus 4% no cash fee!!! Come on!!!! Don’t you think it is to much?I had never seen a restaurant that charges a fee for paying with ccard! As a business owner myself, I know you guys pay a small percentage for every transaction payed with credit card, but it doesn’t mean your costumers have to pay for it, or at least offer them other payment options and advertise it upfront!. I’m not sure I’ll come back again, I’m so disappointed.
The burgers are extra thick, well-cooked and tasty! Definitely visiting again! Love the fries too.
After a tough day at work I got here very hungry just after midnight. Even though they had already closed the kitchen they reopened just for me. I left as a VERY satisfied customer and with a six pack of Victory Golden Monkey beer. Will go back again!
Me and my fiancé love it here. Their half half dog is to die for and so is their Al Carbon Burger Bar! Would love to bring friends here to show them what they've been missing out on. Their desserts are amazing and they also sell tacos and other Mexican street food.
Food was ok and was overcharged for simply adding a piece of fish to a salad. They charged me for the entire meal plus the salad. Waiter Sean only specified that would be charged separately for the fish but never for the entire meal… disappointed to say the least and fish wasn’t even fresh.
I loved the food, hands down! My only problem is the location. It's a small hole in the wall, there's no parking & the location is very small. The line is always out the door & the inside is always very crowded & packed to capacity.
Amazing flavor on every bite. It takes time as everything is freshly made. Recommend.
These guys don’t disappoint. You have to be patient because they take a while to have the food ready but it is worth the wait. Their burgers are great and the wings too. They also have a good beer selection
