Chef Brian from Korea was a master at his craft. This is a hidden gem right in the middle of Calle 8 (SW 8th St) in Miami. Fresh fish direct from Japan the way the Japanese eat it. Forget the soy sauce and by all means, do not mix the wasabi inside the soy sauce, its consider a sacrilege. Here you will experience sushi the way it was meant to be, no thrills, no fuss. And yes, you do eat many pieces with your own hands. Fish selection was varied and super fresh. Just sit back, have some sake and enjoy whatever Brian throws your way. Will definitely return.

This was by far one of my favorite meals I've ever had. Chef Brian was very kind and had served great, carefully crafted dishes. As other reviews have mentioned, its a small place and I'd definitely recommend a reservation. Not only was the food amazing (a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion), but it was awesome to eat in such a fun, intimate setting. The fish was very fresh and I was able to try new varieties as well as have familiar fish prepared in a whole new way. Thanks Chef Brian!!
