Had the lasagna it was extremely good. Friends had pizza was also very good recommend for a good family outing.
So I never expected to find a near-authentic Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Kendall, but guess what...it's our secret.This Margherita pizza I just had is so close to bullseye you'd have to hit Lombardi's in Brooklyn or a corner shop in a side street in Naples to HIT this close.Even my spouse whom is not a pizza person scarfed hers down.I hope no ones reading this and it stays our secret.
Authentic italian pizza in Kendall. I've seen with my eyes, he installed an Italian wood oven in the truck!!! Excellent and quick service. There are a few tables outside the food truck to enjoy your pizza with your family. Very recommended!
A little gem. One of the best pizza places I’ve been to. Prepared to perfection. Light, but filling. The ingredients taste super fresh and the coal fired adds a extra touch of crisp. Definitely a must have.
As a Miami native that loves (LOVES) Neopolitan pizza, I believe I've tried every Neopolitan pizza in the city. The thing about Neopolitan pizza, is that when it's mediocre, it's still good, but when it's great, it's transcendent. Acqua e Farina was pretty good. The food truck was hard to find (all the best places are) and didn't look like much from the street -a faded blue and white truck- but if you can get past the tough veneer, your taste buds will thank you.The crust was*chef's kiss*. Perfectly baked in their traditional forno. Dough is perfect and the Sauce was so good (not sure if DOP but I'll find out and update)! My only gripe is that when you have great sauce and a fantastic crust, you have to come through with fresh mozzarella and I just didn't feel it with this pizza. Don't get me wrong, the cheese was fine, it just didn't meet the high quality of the crust and sauce.Tl;Dr give them a try. You won't regret it. Authentic AF
Far from the confusion, raw tables as we used in the past and the better pizza I ever eat in USA. THE REAL TASTE OF THE SOUTH ITALY AND NAPOLI PIZZA. Try it you will drive again and again eat it.

very bad service great disrespect. I order a ham pizza and ask that he leave me half of the ham because my wife does not like ham and he tells me that it is not possible and that if I want a half without ham I have to buy 2 pizzas. the customer's attention does not exist in this place?
OMG! This place is a GEM ? SPOT! Best tasting pizza I’ve ever had in all my life. If you don’t try it you wouldn’t understand. They have great service and great location to sit down outside. I enjoyed 2 boxes of pizza with my wife and kids and they all LOVED IT. Will be ordering more and more thank you ???
Great pizza!! This is definitely a hidden gem of a food truck. It's tucked away in a little corner and looks so unassuming but the dough is soft and flexible and the toppings are delicious. Get a dessert too. You won't regret it!
