Loved the food. The thai coconut curry soup is outstanding!
Gotta give them 5 stars. My wife ordered food through door dash while we were out of town She is gluten free so she ordered 2 rice bowls. When the food was delivered it was noodle bowls. We were more then disappointed when the food arrived because it was late at night and we were really hungry. We called them and not only did they send new food with the right order they also added a treat to the order!! Great customer service and although the order was not right at first they owned it and made it right!! It’s sad how many companies lose the focus on customer service but they did a great job!!
I called to ask a question and the woman only spoke Spanish so I asked if anyone else did and she said no. As I was handing the phone to my husband (who speaks Spanish) she hung up. He then tried calling back, and our call was forwarded to voicemail. He called again and she answered angrily what did he want. He asked if this was the restaurant and she screamed “YES WHAT DO WANT”. We got Chipotle instead.
