Food tastes delicious. Great Ramen. Love the strawberry iced tea. Also, various options for desserts ? And great customer service!
I’ve been coming here for their spicy Korean soup for years. Anything you order is delicious. I came today and had the spicy pad Thai, didn’t disappoint. Their staff is great
For my first experience at a Ramen restaurant, 107 Taste did not disappoint. The atmosphere is really calm and quiet and let’s you enjoy the delicious food at peace. The service was amazing. Never having to ask for a refill on water and the food came out very quickly and fast about 5-10 minutes after we had ordered. The food itself was delicious, the Thai Pineapple fried rice was especially delicious and was very easy on the stomach.
Fantastic first experience here. Staff was extremely friendly, food is inexpensive, and the portions are amazing for the prices given. We had the Tonkotsu ramen, spicy cheesy noodles, and the fried pork gyoza. Everything tasted great & can’t wait to return soon to try other items from the menu.

The service was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival The servers seemed very stressed and took over 10 minutes to acknowledge us and sit us down without bringing us any menus so We had to get up and find a menu. After waiting 30 minutes a server took our order and only brought out one plate. The food tasted burnt and rushed. After finishing our meal and asking for our check it took the server 40 minutes to bring us the check. This restaurant was severely understaffed and it should not be functioning at full capacity with such little staff. I do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve ordered from this place plenty of times and it’s always been really good. Today I ordered chicken ramen and I got a nasty hard piece of metal in my soup. It was disgusting and dangerous, I could’ve swallowed it. I called them several times to let them know over the phone but they didn’t answer, the phone would either ring or it would have a just signal. Never ordering from this place again. Disgusting!!!!
We came here because a friend recommendation, and without a doubt 107 Taste, it automatically ranked in my top 3 places to eat Ramen and the #1 in Miami. The service was incredible and fast. The food is delicious and in general it is a very good place, very beautiful, impeccable and soooo cheap.
I really yummy place to get good Japanese and Chinese food. I got the Miso Ramen and it was delicious! Definitely coming again
They put way too much fish sauce on Pad Thai, luckily it’s all on the surface, but the overdosed fish sauce gives the whole dish a taste of dirty mop. The crepe Mille is okay, the cream tastes kinda weird tho. We also had donburi, which the beef tastes like beef with plain soy sauce. The yaki Udon is like the most normal dish and it tastes like a standard yaki Udon. Overall it’s okay; but I would order a takeaway next time probably. Not worth all the waits and miles travel here.
