5 stars only because it even exist as a business. But IMO this place could be making 5x more money if they moved, remodeled and simplified. Doubt they do a lot random drive by retail sales in this spot. My suggestion, move away from this busy retail street and to some cheap industrial park with ample and private parking. Design the interior as rustic cement floor and dark plywood maze theater with 4 streaming projector screens on the walls. Reduce retail to online and a few retail vending machines for popular items. Reduce business hours to 6pm- 2am 7 days a week. Possibly run some other business during the day. Use some savings to buy advertising and billboards. Great that you have booths and the price is good, but honestly It's just a terrible set up and I won't go back.
OMG! What an awesome store! Great products and very friendly knowledgeable staff. The sales girls, Mary and Ingrid are just the best. Today Mary was really was very helpful and very friendly . I will recommend this store to all my friends! Amesome place!

Steve is awesome. Went in for a toy and some lubricant and he provided me a whole bunch of samples and things to try. Will definitely come back when I'm in the Miami area.

This shop is great to visit if you’re bored at midnight. There are cats ????everywhere! And everyone is sweet! The staff treats customers like family. Rob is super awesome too. Love the place. I’d rate them 100 stars if I could. BEST. SEX. SHOP. EVER!
