I've been here several times this location the food is horrendous it comes out cold they don't measure up to the food that it's supposed to be hot when you get your food they do this especially after 6:00 they don't care they don't care who you are and their employees horrendous if you pass the certain part of the window they tell you to back up so they can make it look like they're doing their food and timely manner which they're not they know how to be slick I don't go by that Wendy's again food is no good
The service was great, drive through was fast. French fries were not the norm. ?
This place is disaster, the dinning room door was locked (drive through only) in the middle of the afternoon. The woman, of color claimed the door was open but after leaving the drive through I notice others trying to open the door as well.The drive through attendant was cordial, but this was not my first time I experienced the low moral at the location, but it will be the last. I can spend my hard earned money at a different Wendy's location and feel appreciated. ?
lousy customer service. I go to the window to see if they give me the order online, and they send me to line up with 17 cars. They have the mobile order parking for nothing . thanks I don't come to this place anymore 11.48 pm / 17/5/2022
I just arrived by Google says that closes at 2am and now i’m here they don’t want to take my order
This was a drive thru order: I ordered (6) chicken nuggets. They were cold. I asked for fresh nuggets and the cashier had an attitude concerning my request. Received more nuggets only to discover that they were the same nuggets that was put back in the grease to make them seem fresh. Asked cashier for the manager to advise of what had occurred and that the cashier was unprofessional in her demeanor and attitude. I asked for a refund. Money was refunded and the manager aplolgized advised me that she would address my complaint with the cashier.
This place is the only place in Miami that hasn’t open there inside yet. Pandemic has been over for over 1yr now. People are lazy here needs a lot of work really dirty and ghetto will never come back again
Not everyone is happy to be working there. The drive through moves extremely slow however the worker's personality is hilarious! Unfortunately, the people behind him working are speaking out - and have nothing good to say. Truly unprofessional. Some would say it's to be expected it's Wendy's problem here is its a grown woman not a shorty. They were out of some items when I ordered. She gave her opinion.
I worked in a corporate Wendy's which was priceless. And of course that changed as the team changed. And yet this one needs Better customer service skills and better food preparation. Miami Gardens on 45th Avenue Miami
Lived around this Wendy's for year's, lately the drinks are just carbonated water and the food terrible, grease and cold so are the fries, soggy!. Last time I'll order here.
