Cashier was rude, and the counter was so dirty, I would understand if the place busy. Love Wendy's but this is the worst.
These people take forever, the place is dirty, if any inspector comes they will definitely shut it down!!!
This Wendys needs to start training their staff. It is not fair to them, they are understaffed. The food was cold But the workers stayed calm throughout the ordeal.
Currently been in line over 20 minutes and it has not moved except for cars getting out of line. This Wendy's needs management present to operate more efficiently.
the worst wendy's restaurant I've been waiting for 40 minutes to go through an order that I ordered online and the super terrible attention of the man at the window is rude and as a customer he treats me terribly badly I would never return and less so at night.
I eat breakfast here but not much seem to know they have great breakfast. Never a line. There's long lines at the other fast food restaurant across the street
Cashier with an attitude, informed that I have to pay exact amount because they didn’t have coins or use my credit/debit card. Then waited for 10 min more for my food which tasted like a freezer.
The line already takes forever to go down in the drive thru. What makes it worse, they are very unprofessional at the intercom
Extremely slow inside and the drive thru terrible service.3/9/22- The service was still slow. I went through the drive thru. My sandwich was dry, fries were cold, and I ordered a coke and it is disgusting.
This particular location was a bit rude. Nuggets and fries were good however they didn't have cheese and onions for the chili.
