For the second time, I went to this place with a friend for brunch. Parking lot was not filled. Went inside. No one greeted us. Had no idea how people got seated. Waited for 15--20 minutes. Other people got seated. Apparently you need to make a reservation to get seated. I have never made a reservation at a greasy spoon breakfast joint in my life and I ain't finna start now. We headed down the road and enjoyed a delicious brunch at Stadium Diner.
I'm a die hard Waffle House aficionado and this the second time I've been to the particular WH. Although my order was placed and noted it was not handed off for preparation. 3 people behind me were given their food before me but the food was really good. The chilli was fresh, the waffle was delicious and the waitress acknowledged her error and gave me 30% discount. The discount didn't make up for the disrespect of watching 3 people get their food before me not to mention waiting 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge that I never got silverware, but they were very efficient, super clean and respectful.

Waffle House is such a great neighborhood breakfast spot. The full menu is pretty big, but an absolute must are the banana granola pancakes--SO GOOD. All of the ingredients taste so fresh and the staff is very sweet. It can get busy in there, but it's worth the wait. I recently got take-out from there due to the shelter in place, and the experience was perfect. Their protocol was great, using masks, gloves, etc., so I felt safe getting my food from there as well. Plated the food when I got home and voila--it's like we were dining in! They're offering a limited menu with specific hours during the shelter in place so check ahead to see what is available and when. Recommended for take-out and dine-in when we can all hang out again!
I ordered to go I get all the way home and they gave me hash browns instead of grits the worst feeling ever make me never want to eat Waffle House again I have never had this problem this is not fast food

Fast served less than 5 mins!I visited Miami for vacation and I missed so much Waffle House because there are no Waffle House in NYC.I really thank for everything in this location.Thank you guys ❤
Fast and friendly service. I expected a wait, but because my companion and I were willing to sit at the counter we were immediately seated. Our server greeted us promptly and provided physical menus. There was a QR code on the counter that provided virtual versions of the same menu. Great prices and friendly service. Our food was exactly as we ordered.
I’m from Georgia so I will always love Waffle House. I’ve had two experiences here: the first time, I felt like my presence was not wanted in the restaurant. The second, I had a lovely time and the server and grill guy were super nice and funny. So maybe the first time, they were having a rough day. I’ve been a server.. I’ve been there so I won’t hold it against them. How could anyone hate Waffle House?
Came here to place my food order and for some strange reason they don’t let you inside at night time,.. I stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come.. it was 3 people working in there.. and they didn’t have any waffles.. disappointed
