The food is really really good. You'd never think but worth trying. The service was the BIGGEST DOWNFALL. Smile and enjoy your food don't get caught up on the workers attitude.
The conch salad was terrible! If I wasn’t so far away, I would have taken it back. It has changed a few times over the last couple months but this was the worst. Whoever made it this time needs to quit. This took some seasonings and Jesus to make it edible and I still did not finish it. Just horrible!

My coworker recommended this spot. Drive thru with a small picnic outdoors seating. The order menu microphone was raggedy. I ordered catfish and got shrimp instead? Customer service needs improvement. Overall the food was tasteful but a bit pricey.
Stopped by today while in town for a few hours. I’m blown away by the great service Gayniesha provided. The greens and Mac cheese were just as she stated they would be…PERFECT! I also love the conch on another level! Thank you so much!!! I’m in heaven and I’ll def come back!!!
Horrible customer service, was waiting at the speaker for 15 minutes, Noone spoke we figure maybe the speaker is not good so decided to pull to the window , to find this young lady rolling her eyes at us , saying u can't order at the window, we said so how do we order we was waiting at the speaker said hello multiple times and Noone responded, she then responded well you have to wait until someone speaks to you, please note this was all with the rolling eyes and stank face. SNAPPERS do better with your employees please customers shouldn't be having to take nobody attitude.
Excellent customer service from Veronica. All responses were prompt and professional, she was patient and helpful. She answered all my questions concerning my order. She’s absolutely a credit to this organization.The food ran parallel with the high level of satisfaction I encountered with the aforementioned employee. The food was excellent, excellent, excellent. I had just gotten off a long flight from Europe and went straight to this establishment…the food was so good, my customer service experience was so great.I highly recommend this place.
Food was really good. But could have done without the attitude. I was charged for the wrong thing but actually got what ordered. If I had not looked at my recite and checked my order i would been shorted 20 bucks.
This place should be shut down immediately!!!As a local here are my reasons why.1. Terrible service2. Way too overpriced you have a hooks fish and Chicken cookies fish and Chicken and captains are way more food to the order and much less price.3. Food portions are so small the shrimp looks like ramen noodles shrimp and the fish looks like chicken nuggets. You need to pay $100 to get full4. Very filthy very unclean flies everywhere stinks I can only imagine what the restaurant inside looks like
