Karol attended me she is at the cash register not sure if am spelling her name correct but she provided great customer service.I came here during peak hours which is lunch time. She helped me with my order to make sure I had it correct, she is super nice and attentive. She saw me in the line again and she called me to see if everything was okay with my order and she took care of it right away, nothing was wrong with it but I had decided to order another of the same. Pollo Tropical should hire more people like her. I usually don’t write reviews but she deserves it. Thank you very much Karol for your assistance, I very much appreciate it! :)
Excellent service! Fast and food was fresh. Manager was very friendly. I will be coming back to this pollo.
Please Order online. I waited 30 mins in line to have my time wasted. After waiting over 20 mins to order my food, they only had tropi chops to serve. Do not go to to this location. YOU WILL NOT BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.
This is by far the worst Pollo I've ever been to. Not only they never have the condiments needed and I ordered a whole chicken with rice and beans. I got both white meats and my beans was 95% juice. Was never warned they didn't have any white meat and the staff wasn't any help. Always a problem when I go there

This location was a little slow; although it was the lunch hour. For some reason, maybe confusion or being too busy we couldn't get any sauce for our meal; thus the wait was extending beyond the food being warm so we just squashed the request. The Cuban sandwich was a little stingy on the pork portion otherwise food was good.
They need to closed it don’t the food looks horrible &!taste horrible and smell horrible.Food taste old all of it. Never will I go there.The chicken has a bad after taste.
I placed an order from them through Uber eat. I specifically messaged the driver telling him to make sure the drink is there and the driver messaged me back by telling me that they told him everything was in the sealed bag of meal and when I opened the sealed bag of meal the driver had given me, the drink wasn't even there. I don't understand the kind of service is provided at this Pollo tropical. Frankly there should be better service at this restaurant but it seems like they are not making any effort.
TERRIBLE!!!!. Worst Pollo tropical ever. I ordered online & my food was NOT READY when postmate said it was ready to be picked up. Stood there waiting 30 minutes asking 3 same employees over & over where is my order. As I waited I noticed workers hiding & eating on the job. Workers moving SLLOOOWWWW & all have a attitude. Chicken & rice were dry . Items where missing. This is my 2nd time visiting this location & it was worst than the 1st time. I will NEVER come to this location again. Trash food & service ?
Unlike other Pollo Tropical's, this one was clean, did not run out of items, and I had good service. I see they incorporated vegan options which is nice to see.. Food was prepared as ordered. Keep up the good job.
