This restaurant is the worst. I ordered delivery online of the Grilled Chicken TropiChop, Mojo Pork, Empanadas, and Key Lime Pie. My grilled chicken TropiChop had no chicken. The Mojo Pork wasn't cooked right. And I was missing two Rum sauces from my order. After waiting over an hour for a 30 minute food delivery. Causing me to have a second Uber driver deliver the food. They always mess customers order up on purpose. The staff is rude. The wait time is like a theme park with long lines.
Do not order online or the app. The food is never ready and there's always a problem. The restaurant is not well managed.
First had to wait 15 minutes just to order . I came here just for the tropiTuesday both Team member and mangers had no idea what I was talking about. I went to my phone to get my QR code so they can scan it instead of the cashier helping me he gets the manager who refuses to help me at all. She takes my order and walks away with an attitude. As I get my order and leave she speak in Spanish still having the same attitude. I get all the way home just to my surprise that my food is wrong. I drive all the way back to get my food made correctly just for her to tell me that I did not order that I am wrong and that she didn’t want to fix it. After about five minutes of her staring at me she eventually ask me do I want a refund . I replied no I would like my food she continues to say that I did not order what she made . Instead of just helping me . Eventually got what was missing from my order but was such a hassle .I actually love Pollo as the restaurant but this is by far my worst experience ever at a Pollo Tropical will not be coming back.PS the manager Michelle need a real attitude adjustment and Customer service skills
Best fast food you can get... the lines can get pretty long but they have someone walking around taking orders so it moves pretty quickly
worst pollo tropical honestly it never fails , Everytime i come to this Certain Pollo they food is disgusting the workers are completely lazy they will have certain foods or sauces and will be stingy and won’t even give them to the customers honestly this pollo tropical needs to be SHUTDOWN 1/28/22
Read other reviews guess it's my lucky day lol, brown rice and black beans fresh and hot, the chicken oh the chicken I haven't had a fresh off the grill chicken like this in awhile thank you kudos for the cook that day
DO NOT EAT HERE OR CATER HERE they are thieves! On 12/10/21 I placed a catering order for 12/13/21. When I got there to pick up my order, they’re now telling me it’s missing a part because they’re “truck” just arrived. How is that my fault?! The assistant manager refused to take that portion off my order and made me wait 10 more minutes before magically producing my missed order. She gave me the food telling me “everything” is there. Then 15 minutes after I left that same assistant manager calls my phone and says, “I forgot to give you your sweet plantains. Hold on let me see what I can do for you.” She hung up and never called me back. She food from my order and still charged my card full price. Again, I say DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE THIEVES! I still have not gotten any resolution from the assistant manager.
I'm very unsatisfied with my order . Why you you stuff my food in a bowl instead of giving me a plate ? I asked for chopped onions not cooked onions . I also asked for salsa didn't recieved it . The presentation was so awful I wanted to vomit.
I brought a half of chicken value meal and it was so dry that I almost choked. Every bite of it was dry. I don't recommend anyone eat there ever. I personally will never eat there again. I believe the chicken was left over from the day before and it had no taste at all.
We ordered food for the crew. It was supposed to be individually packaged. It was supposed to be here by 11:30. It arrived at around 1pm and they sent 2 small trays of chicken and some sides. To make a long story short over half of my crew went hungry and I had to order them food elsewhere.Do not go to Pollo tropical if you except any kind of good service.
