Today in the morning I went to this place recommended by a friend and a girl with black hair attended me and I did not like her attention, I saw that she was upset when I asked her to change my Cuban bread, I did not like the bad experience I had...
Normally, I would have a great experience at this. Bakery,however,a young girl made my 3 sandwiches and she did not speak english and that was no problem.i just wish she wouldve have made each one seperately instead of trying to make all 3 at one time,she was putting stuff on sandwiches that I didnt ask for,then she became frustrated and copoed an attitude.NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AT THIS BAKERY
The food is very good... but the staff is very disorganized. On my visit, one of them put a familiar person in front of me just because they were family. I was waiting in line. And no! They didn't call before because the lady had to prepare all the food and when I asked her she was very offensive to me. Really sad that due to these kind of servers we can't fully enjoy the visit to this bakery.
I placed an order over the phone for a special cake and pastries for a next day birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even though it was short notice. The cake was better than expected. Nicely decorated and so delicious.
A bit pricy but food is good.
Great experience. It definitely is busy but worth the wait. I personally had good customer service. Their guava pastelitos, bocaditos and croqueta de jamon were really good. It’s off the beaten path, unseen and hidden from the main red road. So the fact that they are always busy tells you a lot.
Horrible service, lazy staff no sense of urgency for people who are limited because of work. Will never go here again. I’d rather drive further and pay more.
