This is the worst McDonald I’ve been. The drive thru has the worst costumer service attention. The lady who took my order had bad attitude and because I have accent and didn’t understand what she was saying she laughed at me when I went to the window to pay for the food.
If the food matches the attitude at this McDonald's I would never eat her.. I went to get coffee only and I felt like i was bothering the girl at the drive thru cashier window at home.
While taking someone's order regardless if it a upscale restaurant or just fast food being polite and courteous goes a long way. Only thing saved this visit is the food was hot and fresh.
No need to order any food from this store because you will never get it, order Uber like 5 times never get it ,and it u cancel the order you get charged but when they cancel nothing happens never will I order again from this store
Slow service dining in. Drive thru and uber eats had faster service.
Just terrible.. Sign said 24 hrs which is not true but ofc I didn’t know. I seen this lady closing her register and here I am trying to wave her down to see if they was open. Tell you how she avoided eye contact like she seen her baby daddy and wife at target shopping together All she had to say was they closed but ofc she had to treat me like a step child asking for cereal ??
It's probably a waste of time writing something here as McDonald's franchise owners don't seem to care about them but if you have few time to spend waiting please avoid this store, as everyone in the reviews say this one of the worst stores ever in the waiting line, drive thru or mobile order. Please avoid it as the owner don't care about this reviews and you will save your time.
Ordered online, through the app, waited 20 min for my food, never received it, rude staff, they ignore you, no manager on site. Had to place my order again through drive through.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went around 6:45pm and I JUST left. It is currently 8:09pm. They gave me a nasty caramel frappe and it tasted like mango. When I went to ask if they could remake it for me this one lady said no that they don’t do that and she proceeded to curse and say that they “don’t do that shit”. She also said “fuck you” to us lol. Rude rude rude place, disgusting. They didn’t have their gloves either. That lady in specific should get fired but I couldn’t catch her name. Disgusting place. Don’t come here. Food also took 1+ Hour wait to get.
Lol don’t even waste your time here. Slow workers. They take FOREVER. Waited in drive through for over 40 minutes.
