Robert the owner cares about his employees and that’s why they care about baking. Everything here taste great. My favorite is the Steak Sandwich with Fries.
Don't ever go there. Cuban Sandwich is not even real. Tastes horrible. Place was dirty. Coffee didn't taste good. Guava and cheese turnover (pastelillo) was burned.

Gave them a 2nd try… I purchased four platters of pastries for a viewing that I came to and it was so embarrassing the cheese pastries were horrible that cheese was super hard disgusting. Then when I called the lady gave every excuse in the book and wanted me to go back when I’m 45 minutes away now.DO NOT GO HERE!Media Noche was horrible. The ham was cold and the pork was hot. Ummm?!? Bread was not so great, did not have that fresh sweet taste the media noche sandwiches come with.The coffee I had to ask to pour more milk cause it was so sweet. I get it back and I did not help. Straight to the garbage.The end of my Empanada de Pollo went to garbage, it was cold!
They have a new employee she is from venezuela ....she makes that place a better one...I hated their customer service but this girl is super nice and has the best customer service I've ever seen...I go every day because of her ...when she's not there I leave ...

THE BEST SERVICE. I LOVE THE STEAK SANDWICH. THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. ONE OF THE BEST BAKERYS AROUND. LOVE THIS PLACE.

The place is super dirty. The food or desserts are always old.The girls working there have a terrible attitude. They will look at you and pretend you aren’t there. Either get better management or better employees.
