The workers were not prepared for service well after the opening time. Ended up going to another KFC. Do better people.
This KFC here don’t even bother coming customer service is horrible they take your money then tell you they don’t have the products this place is filthy I’m not even sure the health department frequents this place they should definitely pay them a visit worst KFC of all and I’m sure management is no better from the way the employees treat the customer
Staff was very pleasant and work fast, I would definitely recommend this location.
Don't always eat fast food but ate it for a acraving ? not the best KFC I've had, also we ordered 1 pie and 2 orders off fries, but they gave us 2 pies and 1 fry, we committed the sin of not checking it first, so I will not recommend this particular KFC, I WILL RECOMMEND INSTEAD POLLO TROPICAL, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.
My order took a little bit longer than usual cuz they were out of fresh chicken for a sandwich, I almost changed my order when very nicely, the attendants told me that they would prepare a fresh batch and if I wanted to wait. I waited, and it was really a great Spicy chicken sandwich. They guys there were very nice and I could see they were hurrying to attend the drive thru.I think that the building needs a big renovation, management should do better for the ppl working there.
Don’t ever go here they are the worse ever …. The food is terrible its NEVER EVER FRESH …. The manager who work at night so rude and nasty it dont make no sense I don’t even know why this kfc is still open
They need to be able to handle simple order in drive through an not send every customer next door to esters..
NO STARS.. Horrible experience. Asked to get out of drive thru line to wait 4 mins for tenders. After 15 mins I had to go inside. Still nothing. Asked for refund. Supervisors response "I'm Busy" UNBELIEVABLE !!30 mins at this location and no food....waiting to hear back from corporate
