I use to enjoy the curry chicken but it is so spicy and I cannot enjoy my food. I use to buy food from there every week but now I buy once or twice a month. They even had the nerve to increase the price.
To God be the Glory, this is definitely the best Donna’s that I’ve been to so far. The customer service experience that this restaurant offers is exceptional. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I can’t stop coming here ?. God bless always.
I caught an employee quickly shoving a burned up piece of plantain in my box when I turned my head. All she had to do was go get some fresh ones from the back. Some people cannot be trusted with food. This was her true character. Sneaky.
What delicious food and excellent pricing. Tried the Bar B Jerk chicken with peas and rice and it was amazing. Definitely coming back
Very unprofessional. Not friendly. Reflects from management down. No one greats you upon entry. You just stay waiting while they do whatever they’re doing. No one saying give us 2 minutes while we do this or do that. Very very unprofessional. Would never spend a penny at this place again. Won’t recommend.
The food is not that good anymore. the gravy was very oily . The salad was not cut properly the plantain was so hard .this is not the first Donna's I went to and they have the same problem.the quality of the food is just not that good anymore.
This location is closer to my house than the pembroke pines location that I prefer. They were closed today so I went here against my better judgement for ackee and salt fish. I ended up with just salt fish mainly. It was very salty and not tasty at all. Very disappointed. I have ackee in the freezer from my tree but hubby didn't want to cook it. They are the reason why we learned how to clean and cook it ourselves. Which we'll do the next time.
i went there today in drive tru. they mess my order up and then refuses to fix my order saying they got a long line i gotta come inside. just loose a value customer not going back!!! need to be able to give less than one star horrible customer service
(GO TO B& M instead) Okay, so I come here from time to time and it's ALWAYS hit and miss! From the bad attitudes, over or under cooked food, rarely having what they put on the menu, and just outright not giving customers what they request. I asked for Red Pea soup with just some meat & dumplin, (she was talking to someone else throughout getting my order)and I get home and my soup is filled with foods I don't eat, 1 dumplin, and little meat. Just Cho cho, carrots, yam. They were being CHEAP... Why bother asking what people want if you're going to give them whatever you see fit. I don't trust this place to give me anything I want anymore. Not that they would care, but I'm over giving them chances.
