I went to the location in Miami Gardens. I will never go there again service was horrible . i guess it was the manager she was rude! She act as i was annoying her, when i'm spending my money i should be able to ask questions without getting attitude. The food was so so. I will stick to Golden Krust, Dutch Pot where the food is great and so is the service. I know i am only 1 customer, but the way the economy is now every customer counts. To owners of Donnas have a talk with your staff.

Food is uncovered and flys swarming all around. I told the worker. She just fanned them away.

Good food I won't deny that but horrible service management. Sign says 9 to 11:00 pm but suddenly they close at 8:30 pm and get mad when you point out to their sign. They Emergency # and complaints # they don't answer.. well you just lost one family as costumers. We do not recommend. this location.and staff

It's on average > tastes was not salivating to the taste buds...clean place, staff was courteous ....

The heavy set lady that was working on Feb 8 2022 at 7:09pm has horrible customer services…. I will never buy from them again… Sincerely a long time customer

I was attempting to order from this restaurant VIA DoorDash. I chose the brown stew snapper entree and attempted to choose the sides that I preferred when I noticed that none were listed. I only saw beverages listed. I searched the menu to see if the sides to the entrees were listed elsewhere. They were not. I called the restaurant and asked what the address was because I saw two addresses listed online. The address that I was given was 181st and NW 27th ave. I asked for the physical address and I heard 1819 nw 27th avenue. I told her that that would be 18th street and asked if she could repeat the address. She yelled the correct address as if I angered her. As I’m trying to explain to her that the sides aren’t listed online - she’s yelling that she doesn’t know where I’m ordering from. So now she’s over talking me as I’m trying to tell her where I’m ordering from. She then goes silent, i can hear the background so I’m assuming that she put the phone down as I’m talking. When she finally came back to the phone I asked for the manager. This rude, unprofessional person who identified her self as STEPHANIE stated that she was the manager. I told her that she was rude and that we will never order from this place. I’m wondering why the sides wouldn’t be listed on every delivery site so why would it matter where I’m order from. It be your own people. I don’t understand why a business would feel so comfortable disrespecting potential customers.

Nasty Attitude, Told Me They Was Closed An It Says They Closed At 10 And I Wasn't Even 9:55, Needs Better Employees With Better Customer Skills.
