I went yesterday with my cousin and something we liked about this place is they got some really nice seafood! like actually good quality and it feels fresh unlike many other places that gives old seafood and you can tell by the smell, hook and reel knows how to deliver their food, we are big fans of seafood so we were really happy about it.
Place wasn't that packed when we arrived. Waited for hostess a few minutes but it was a sign that said please be patient they are a bit short staffed. Waiter was pretty good he came right away and took out orders. Food came out super fast and was good. I'd prefer they cook the items in the sauce you choose rather than just adding the sauce afterwards. Food would have been much better had it sat in the sauce. Place has a jukebox and full bar which I was surprised to see. Overall a pretty good experience.
This was my first visit! It was ok!I had 4 shrimp baskets shrimp was cooked great nicely prepared they get a 5 star for the shrimp but the fries were not fresh or had been sitting a while and I also added the medium heat lemon pepper fried corn which was more boiled than fried and was not a hint of spice or any lemon pepper flavor! I will return to give another review when I'm in the area again
My father is a seafood fanatic so for his birthday it only seemed appropriate to take him to a seafood restaurant. I just moved into the area and The Crafty Crab seemed to check all the boxes.The food was great at this location. My father was delighted with the seasonings and flavor of his dinner. However, it was the service that compelled me to write a review.The waiter (Niko)was excellent. He was very nice and attentive. Along with the rest of the staff, they added extra candles to my dad's cake and even gave him a beautiful rose(free of charge), after they sang Happy Birthday.Great food is nothing without customer service. Luckily this location checks both boxes.

These people have no customer service skills.. I ordered my meal of 1lb snow crab and just corn.Simple. By the time I got home and ready to eat no corn. I called and the supervisor advised me to come back from wherever I'm at and bring back the crabs so they can give me a corn. Another option was if you come back another day you have to buy something else in order to get the corn. They said my next option is contact Door Dash to get my money back. What does Door dash have to do with my missing food item. First of all, I came in person to pick up my food. So me and Door Dash have no relations. I don't even have a Door Dash account. The guy at the front didn't even want to give me my food because supposedly somebody with the same name ordered something like what I ordered but from Door dash. I showed him my receipt from my bank account and everything. Im like gimme my food silly. Again terrible customer service. The food wasn't that enjoyable all because I was disgusted of my first experience there.
I ordered the headless shrimp and snow crab bag combo with what was supposed to be with garlic butter sauce. And it had corn on the cob and potatoes. Everything in that bag was extremely salty. I could not even finish the food. I ended up throwing it away. First time and last time ordering from this restaurant. The only reason it got two stars is because the wings I ordered were decent.
The service was good. The food was good and hot!
The food was really good. We had 1/2 lb of Shrimp and 1 lb of crab legs. The flavor and quality of the food very good. My only complaint was service was a bit slow because they only had 1 person serving tables on this day.
