Customer service was horrible with one manager, and amazing with another. They don't mind cross contamination as they will use the same tongs for the shrimp, chicken, fries, and pies. They also seem to have issues counting tenders as I order 5 and got 3.
I went twice in two days. The first day I waited 20 minutes and I was the only car. But the food was good but the forgot my sauce. I went back the next day ordered the same thing and the price was different. I asked why and the guy Saud hold on and never came back. Waited 15 minutes and they gave me the wrong food. Never going back. New management needed!!!! To many people standing around for that poor service!!!
Unsanitary,Employees handling money and food with same gloves on.!Front counter slow in line for 15 minutes while the front counter was helping drive thru window like we weren’t there. Never going back felt disrespected
Great delicious tasting food that is made to order. Drive thru and take out is available. One of the best fast food bistro in Miami Gardens
I waited 45 minutes for white meat. Both cashiers were rude and the manager was not paying attention to customer waiting and what they were waiting for.
I've always liked churches chicken but they are not what they use to be. You order a family meal 10 piece mixed and you would think the sides would be enough for the family but you get home and open the package and the fries are only for one person. Then they just throw the stuff in the bag, all my fried ockras fell out! Is disappointed
Its like they refry chicken. I have been on two different times and bought chicken and it look and taste refried
I don't really eat here often but when I have in the past it was ok. The place is usually busy So the food is fresh majority of the time. The staff doesn't always have the best attitude but it's not like your there too long to care
The food was fresh, hot and delish. The drive thru doesn’t usually move quickly but for the fresh cooked food, I’ll wait.My ONLY complaint is I only ordered 1 piece of chicken, a chicken breast. Unfortunately it was a very small piece. If I would have gotten that piece with a bigger meal it wouldn’t have been bad but being my only piece, it was disappointing. I’ve been to this location several times and it usually doesn’t happen so maybe it’s a one time deal.
first visit and it will be the last. 35 minutes of waiting for the order to be delivered. according to them, the chicken was being fried ..., they had to warn it before charging us for oneself to decide to wait or continue to another place.
