The food is always great here. I've never personally experienced bad service at this location, but I went in today and one of the employees - I believe she stated she was the manager afterwards - really stood out! Hated I didn't have change for a tip. But she immediately jumped into action to take my order, rang me up when the register was free, upsold other products (I wasn't planning on cake but since she mentioned it, I decided to try it) and clearly verified my order. Sounds simple, and it is, but sometimes we don't even get the basic decency elsewhere. Effective and efficient. Definitely a satisfied customer.
Paid almost 30 dollars for two dinners and a drink...... asked for extra pickley when i ordered the gentleman said ok when my food was ready the lady handling the food only gave me 2..... when i asked for another one she ignored me.....so i asked again and she said that its only one per meal and i could buy a jar for 8 dollars.... i told her that i already asked the gentleman and he said ok... she still refused to give me what I asked for so as i asked for a refund she started talking over me when I was speaking..... but after all of that i finally got what i asked for but will never come back again!
When I think about celebration, Chef Creole is always my first option and never disappoints. The food is absolutely amazing - everything I tasted melted in my mouth. The service I received was so amazing and keeps me coming back. I highly recommend!
I walked in here one night about a month ago it was a full restaurant I waited in line for about 10 minutes just for the guy behind the counter To yell we are closed!!! and about 5 to 6 people walked out
Some of the best conch salad in town, hands down. I love the creole wings with rice/peas and plantains. Also, the soup joumou is unmatched.
Craig Bryan always take care of me and my family when we go to chef creole he's pleasant friendly and professional when he left 441 I no longer go there i travel all the way to 54 st I just love his humble spirit and kind attitude keep up the great work you do
The food there is amazing, omg the pickliz is so good, friendly staff. Courtney was awesome, excellent customer service whenever I go to the drive thru or go in to the lobby.
I ordered the oxtail to dine in and fish to go. The oxtail brought back memories of my Mom's. She still makes it from time to time but she is a popular Lady lol. When i reached my destination the fish was a pleasant entree to share with my loved one. I'm so happy you were my first choice in the area! Thank you Kim for the assistance. #BonAppetitie
Arrived there about 20 minutes before they closed and placed my order. I'm waiting for like 30 minutes still don't have my food. Finally one of the guys came from the back and said the cashier forgot to give them my order and they have to give me my money back because the kitchen is closed. I've experienced some bad customer service but this one tops them all.
This place went down hill years back, but I've tried it recently and I have not 1 complaint. The staff was pleasant, food was so good, and the price was just right.I wish they took phone or internet orders. That would be nice
