I ate in many Kosher restaurants all around the world and in my opinion, really this is the best one. Im not talking about the place, but the food is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Its a MUST if you are in Miami looking for a Kosher restaurant. The attention is very good too. Try the FRIED CHICKEN WONTONS you will never forget this plate and sauce.
Absolutely terrible customer service, communication, and an inefficiently run business.We ordered something online, they cancelled it and didn't notify us, and then we drove there to pick it up. We were treated rudely by the staff who told us, "There are no online orders pending," and then she just walked away to help other customers.We came home, confused, and then checked our confirmation email again - sure enough, the order was confirmed, and the bank account showed a pending charge.When I called to see if we could get it straightened out, I was hung up on after I explained the issue, and then I called back several times before someone picked up and didn't hang up.They basically told us we should have gotten the notification of cancellation, too bad, not their problem.
Hi, we ordered online and you’re closed! Would have been great if u could have been on top of your online orders!! Really upsetting as I’ve been packing up a house for over 6 hours and was really depending on it. Please check your messages and refund us immediately!
we ordered a few times from there food was fresh and pretty delicious.. however don't expect any meat that they serve to be tender.. you're gonna have to chew and chew and chew just like all the other Chinese places that are not gonna spend money on meat that soft.. so don't get your hopes up too high. however the other stuff like chicken stuff was very good on broccoli is very fresh
While the food tasted good, I am not so sure how clean everything was. I went to use the restroom and you had to walk through the tiniest kitchen ( I was one inch away from the hot stove and food prep that whole area looked so dirty and workers looked like they were living in the street) There was NO soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. The workers acted surprised there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom , huh? They work there! And they need to wash their hands! It’s just not a clean place. Once they clean up their act with that, it has potential to improve.
Cold ,bland,crispy wonton has never been crispy in its life,over cooked soggy vegetables,& over priced easily the worst Chinese meal I have ever had, and to even give 1 star is insulting... do not eat here

I did not eat at this establishment however, I was having breakfast next door at bagel time (good food) a man comes to open the Chinese restaurant sees that we moved our outdoor table maybe a foot came up to us with a nasty attitude while we were eating and asked us to move because he needs to set up. We said we are done and will leave in a few min. He came back about 3 min later even ruder and said we need to go because his boss is yelling at him rolled his eyes treated us like we don't belong because we are notarent ultra orthodox. Yes had we been I xan assure you the request to move would have been a nicer approach. This place lost customers just because one guy did not like our appearance (israeli jews) if he had an issue with space he could have also asked bagel time to ask is to please move over as its a split space. I'm very into customer serviceservice as I did it my whole life. I'd never step a foot into this nasty place.
Food was great and very friendly staff.
They completed messed up our order and refused to compensate us or resolve the issue. The person answering the phone was rude and the portions here are tiny. Will not be ordering from here again.
