This place is unbelievable. Posted on the door it says "Open 24/7". The doors were locked when I arrived at 8:30am. An employee sitting outside said they don't open until 11:00. Came back twenty minutes later and they're open. Came back later for lunch, limited menu; no juniors or regular burgers. The whopper bun was cold and falling apart, no pickle or onion, only lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. Asked the manager what time they open; his answer was, "I don't know, somewhere around 6:30 or 7:00. Walked by the next morning at 7:30 closed. Good Bye BK, hello 11th St. Diner (right across the street, excellent food, great service).
I enjoyed my food here and the dining room is spacious and clean. I feel the service is a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh.
Really unprofessional employees I waited for 20 minutes in front of the cashier and in the same time 3 people that maybe knew the lady pass me behind in the lane... the guy before me placed an order but she didn’t understand (again, because she told with her friend) This is really bad for one big company like Burger King, maybe miss a good manager too...
The burgers taste soo nice and its probably the cheapest option to have a meal on south beach .though the place smells smoke
No dollar menu and you can't order regular burgers. Crispy chicken sandwich was still good. Onion rings could have been better. Yes expect to pay more as we are right in south beach. Place open 24 hours which is perfect for late night munchies.
Yuk. Worst chicken burger ever
This place is unbeliveable. We went for ice cream and fruit pies one evening (2 apple pie, 1 snickers Pie & 3 ice creams). The guy took our order and we waited, and waited, and waited. Other people were waiting for their orders and looking disgruntled too. After about 20 minutes I asked where our order was. 'I don't do ice creams' the girl server replied to me with a very poor attitude. She then shouts at the guy on the till, 'I didn't take no order for ice cream and pies' he barks back at her. When I showed him the recipt he was like 'Oh yeah, maybe I did', and comes over and puts 2 apple pies in the mictowave then gives them to us, he then starts to walk off. 'I ordered a snickers pie also' I said. 'No you didn't, we're out of snickers pies' he snapped at me. 'Well here is the order for a snickers on my recipt' I said as I showed him, so I said 'OK, give me another apple pie', which he did. I than had to call him back again as he forgot the three ice creams. All through this the girl server and he were shouting abuse at each other, honestly it was like being in a bad sitcom. I have never witnessed such disgraceful behaviour and poor customer service in a resturant. If anyone from Miami BK managment reads this review I would suggest to them that they need to conduct a few undercover visits to this place, or put in a sealed customer feedback box. I know not all BK's are like this, but if this was someone's first visit to a BK I can guarentee they would never visit another BK. My recommendation, avoid this BK until the staffing attitude and service is fixed.
Went there because it was recommended by friend . Not much option for vegetarian but found something eventually but couldn't eat it ,didn't enjoy it at all, neither my daughter. The only reason I gave 2 stars because my husband's food was ok . But he wasn't happy when he double tip them as they have already added suggested tip to the bill and they didn't tell him when he was paying our bill . Very irresponsible. 27$tip just to be polite . Wouldn't go back there again.
We stayed in Miami for 4 days, and went for breakfast every morning but one (and we still regret not going that morning!!) It was a good 20' walk from our hotel but so worth it.. The pancakes are great, and so are the eggs. They have so many different breakfast combos it is hard to choose, and the price is just as amazing. My 11 month old daughter LOVED having breakfast there!. The staff is super nice as well.. Would recommend this place to everyone.
Never in my life have I cleared my plate. . Until I came here!. I got orange juice and the spicy farmer breakfast item. . Egg rye toast and grits . You can switch out the grits and toast btw. . It was a lot of food but it was so damn good. I ate every last bite. It gave you enough energy I didnt need to eat the rest of the day “went about 930am.†I wish I had taken a photo presentation was ver good too. . Staff was friendly. It had a nice feel to the atmosphere. And they give you the choice on where to sit counter table or booth. . If you go definitely compliment the chef if you have a similar experience. Such a cute smile
