Dwayne was a delightful server and the food was wonderful, as always! It is our favorite spot in Miami!

The service and ambiance was excellent. The drinks, margaritas, were not good. The appetizers were good. I found a big chunk of chicken bone in my entrée. It was such a nice experience outside of the drinks and main course.
Énorme déception et aucune considération 24 juillet pour nos 29 ans de mariage nous avions réservé depuis 15 j au WATR et la veille nous avions confirmé notre venue. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés avec notre réservation, les 2 potiches de lâaccueil ont fait mine de chercher et Elles nous ont proposé de nois assoir sur le passage í gauche de lâentrée dans un coin í une table haute de 10 personnes !!! Il y avait des tables disponibles cí´té vue dans le restaurant mais soit disant réservées mais nous aussi nous avions une réservation ⦠Nous avons alors refusé de nous assoir í cette table alors que de tables étaient disponibles ! (Je précise que nous étions habillés alors que des clients í des tables étaient en shorts et claquettesâ¦) Elle a fini par nous proposer une table basse en dehors du restaurant au bord de la piscineâ¦, lí oí¹ il nây avait personne⦠Nous ne devions pas lui plaire et elle a fait du délit de sale gueule ⦠les tables soient disant réservées sont restées vides toute la soirée⦠Notre soirée dâanniversaire de nos 29 ans de mariage í été gâchée par lâaccueil et la méprise de ces 2 pintades
We are guests at the hotel and The hostess was very rude from the start barely even said hello, Ewa was her name, she made us wait to be seated told us sheâd text us when table was ready we walked to the bar 20 feet away and right away she texted us and sat us at a table that was right by the door and it was ready to begin with. Itâs obnoxious when hostesses canât do their one job which to to host. Other than that the server was very polite and sweet and good at her job. Food was ok, over priced but thatâs hotel dining for you. We did go back and have lunch at the bar the next day and it was good considering how busy the pool was on a Friday. The hotel has typically excellent staff and it was sad that the hostess didnât get the memo and was so unpleasant
Can't wait to go back! The service was excellent. Went during brunch time and there was a DJ. The food was delicious I highly recommend the guac and chips. It was my husband's birthday and they actually paid attention to the reservation detail and told him happy birthday. It is a bit confusing on how to arrive to the actual restaurant since it is inside a huge hotel but once you're there you're good to go
Our waiter Raul was so knowledgeable on the menu. He made our experience worth it!
The server was great, food was well made but prices are fairly extreme for regular folks The Tres leches was horrible
