This place is awfullll!! I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and was given a pizza with tomato sauce and chicken on it. I ordered a tiramisu and received cheesecake instead. I also ordered a desert that called for ice cream and the ice cream they sent was clearly expired. Ok top of that, when I called to let them know, the person on the phone was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. Food was way too overpriced for this. NEVER again
We sat down and looked at the menú, the staff had not even looked at us. When we knew what we wanted, we called out for the staff as she walked by (in a polite manner) and she ignored us. About 10 minutes later she finally noticed us and rudely said "ya te ví" (I already saw you in Spanish) she had no emotion in her face too, she was very rude. Then we got our first appetizer (chicken wings) they were as hard as a rock! They were over cooked! Then we recieved our other appetizer (mozzarella sticks) and some of then were hollow on the inside! They were like the frozen ones that you buy at súper markets but they tasted extremely cheap! Then we recieved our third appetizer (chicken noodle soup). The vegetables in it tasted cold and frozen, the chicken did not taste like real chicken either, the soup had about 3 noodles in it! After all this we got our main food (chicken quesadilla, pasta with marinara sauce, and a 'super burger.') The cheese in the quesadilla was very crappy, I assume it was cheddar but worse. And the chicken had something black on it like as if they had cut the chicken using a knife that was dirty from slicing some other meat! They hadn't cleaned the knife! Moving on to the burger, what I had, there was not much effort put into making it and you could tell, the bacon was poorly cooked, the egg was dirty from grease on the pan, the tomato and lettuce were decent for a restaurant like this, and the actual meat was very dry on the inside, it also tasted like burned oil. Greasy but not in a fast food way. The fries were the only decent part of my meal. And last but DEFINITELY least, the pasta. The spaghetti tasted very cheap I tried it myself, it could be because I know what good pasta tastes like but it was AWFUL. My eight year old brother even refused to eat it and he eats just about anything. He loves pasta too. I can cook better pasta and I know absolutely nothing about cooking. The spaghetti was basically swimming around in the sauce, it was also very cheap-like. The sauce was liquidy and the parts that were not liquid were chunky. When i tried it to see if he was exaggerating it was hard to swallow, the cheese was also melted into it and that might seem delicious, but the way they did it was the opposite of delicious. Apart from all of this the server we had was just rude in general. And to top it all off, I noticed all of this at the age of 11. That's how you really know how bad it was. Don't ever go to this place, we hated it.
Im from the uk and love to visit the states, i believe in supporting the local restaurants over the chain restaurants.. went in and ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and it was amazing, great taste and a large portion.. returned the second night and tried the chicken parm and again it was great.. service was great both nights couldn't fault it
The BEST PIZZA I’ve ever have..they really go out of their way to please you.. food & service wise ..I have never had a better pizza except in Milan, Italy … if you want an authentic Italian experience try them…. THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD IN MIAMI BEACH…!!
Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes with no service. Went to the bartender/server to address she assured me someone would come… 20 minutes later still no service no water. I went to the bartender/server again (who had been serving all the tables around us) and she blamed the lack of service on a cook walking out. I never write reviews but what does a cook walking out have to do with not acknowledging a customer for over almost an hour. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
I love the pizza! The service, not so much. They should be grateful that the 20% gratuity is added to the bill already.
Tried the pizza and was excellent.Also tried the chicken fajitas and was also really good.Went for breakfast and tried the eggs over easy with ham and hash browns and toast. Which was really good also.Fast service and decent prices, highly recommend.
Eaten here several times. Food good but today's burger was overcooked and dry. 20% service charge calculated after taxes way too much. Server was behind bar most of our meal on his phone. Never came back to even fill our water pitcher. This was third time. The second time we went they would not give us tap water and made us all order drinks. 1st and 3rd time served us tap water. Probably not going back.
staff were am absolute jokeWaited 15 minutes at the counter for the bill of one drink and chips with salsa....bar was quietthen walked out to let my friend know I was still waiting.Came in again. I was the Only person at the bar. Said excuse me 3 times only to be ignored. Asked the second member of staff a third time for the bill. He looked at me. Nodded and walked off.It's now been 20 minutes. I asked again at the bar feeling a fool. The member I asked then speaks to the previous member in Spanish and they laugh.I then left 20 on table and walked off.
Ordered a vegetable pizza with chicken. Got home and NO chicken. The ticket clearly had chicken. It's just that you didn't bother to check the food before serving it! It's bad when you pay for food and don't get what you paid for! Additionally, why are my tomatoes, green peppers and onions DICED and not sliced or on a pizza? Needless to say, I was disappointed.
