The only way to describe el Trapezon would be a little piece of heaven on Earth. The culinary experience took us to on a journey through Spain. With flavors ranging from their savoy entrees to their inventive cocktails. Truly an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to David, our server whose service nearly outmatched the food. Sophia the manager took care of every detail. Overall impeccable staff. Definitely would visit again.
EXCELLENT!!! What a place! Very good service by Pablo at the bar. Infused gins, good bar food. 100% set! Will DEFINETELY be back.
If you’re a gin cocktail fan like me, this is THE SPOT. They make their own gin infusions and everything my friends and I ordered for drinks was simply fantastic. My personal favorite the the Agua de Valencia - refreshing, not too sweet, slightly bitter, and very smooth. And this goes without saying for seasoned cocktail places, but the bartenders gave great service and recommendations. The ambience was perfect for just grabbing some nice drinks at the bar with a friend or date, with music just loud enough so you don’t overhear another party’s conversation, but you also don’t have to scream at each other. Interior is beautiful and one of the few miami spots where I’d rather be inside than sit outside for. Excited to come back and try the food one of these days.Oh yeah, they also do happy hours where you get a free tapas dish with every drink you order - weekdays 4-7pm :)
Uh, amazing. This is my new favorite restaurant on the planet. I loved the way they mix high and low. Gorgeous cocktails that feel casual but complex. Our first tapas on the house with purchase of a cocktail were beautiful kettle chips topped with jambon iberico and some parm! So crazy!!! I’m obsessed. Just such a delightful experience. We ordered a couple snacks and a couple more drinks and they gave us more tapas that were just surprising and lovely. Excellent service, our waiter was awesome. This is a must for anyone visiting Miami. Really elevated and cool for such a tourist-centric street. Gorg.
Usually I am suspicious of tapas spots, but Tropezón is the first location in the USA to over-impress me. The food is delicious and inventive (without being farcical); the house gin-infusions are well-executed; the interiors and furnishings are lovely and tasteful; and the staff are knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant. I recommend this spot to all my acquaintances who visit Miami.
Best Gin Cocktails in Miami. Terrific infused Gins. Perfectly made drinks. Great Tapas too.
Spanish cuisine and a tantalizing array of infused gins to tempt you at the last stop in an alley overlooked by the wonderful Esme Hotel. If you are looking to duck the noise closer to Washington, just take a few more steps headed west, and enter a whole new world.
We didn’t have a reservation but were able to snag a few seats at the bar which was equally an enjoyable experience. It’s a quaint restaurant but has a nice ambiance to it. It definitely gets a bit loud which is understandable. We decided to split tapas and each one was great. We ordered the bread, empanada, meat and cheese board, endive salad, and patatas bravas. The drinks were the highlight for me though. The gin they make is delicious and they made a gin sour for me which was great. Oh and of course, the churros to finish off a great meal!
Amazing food and service
Great drinks! Lots of unique cocktail options.
