The waitstaff here is terrible. My husband and I go to the front host desk and ask for a table and to use the bathroom the girl acting funny about it. So a male comes up seats us and takes care of us. Then my husband gets up to go to use the bathroom and asks a waitress what the code is end she tells him only for paying customers. Excuse you? We have a table and just ordered $56 worth of food. If you spending that kind of money you would expect a nicer waitstaff. Then the tea we wanted sweet. They didn’t have sweet. They acted like it was an issue bringing us sugar pacts or refilling our cups with tea or water.
This is a typical Fridays with decent food at a decent price! The location is perfect, directly across from the beach right on ocean drive! The fish and chips were a little over cooked but good. The fries that came with our burger were cold but the fries that came with our wings were perfect! It’s what you expect from this chain restaurant! Never busy but always a few people in there
Fast service and we got a wonderful waitress. The food was well made too. Not to mention the great music and atmosphere.
Our waitress had the best customer service ever. We had a group of 5 and she made sure we were good the hold time. From helping out with the food choices to being on point. She had a big table come in after us but she managed it all. She gave us a compliment about being the best table. So...this is for her thank you for the best experience in south beach. I hope you get to see this.
Our server sucked. I still don’t have the Mayo for my burger I asked for. Kept having to tell the server what to get no refills and still got my order wrong
The ribs were good and the whiskey glaze was nice and sweet as a bbq sauce should be. I asked for extra of this sauce for the fries and it was a nice compliment to the saltiness of the fries
We are from Savannah GA and we don't have a TGIF anymore so we were eager to try this location! We visited this restaurant on March 6, 2022 and they treated us SO nice! The bartender (I can't remember her name but she was African American, small build, very friendly, and boy can she create a drink! Everyone was so nice and they really seasoned the food! My husband said his steak was JUST AS TASTY AS Ruth Chris' - and he LOVES himself some Ruth! We will be visiting again!

This woman has the capacity for hospitality and authenticity; all while connecting with you about life and the funny things that come with it. Her intellect and humbleness will rub off on you and her tentativeness is higly noteworthy - - Brittany is the woman to see!
Just like old times! TGIF is a brand you pay for and well worth it! I was craving the Jack Daniels crispy chicken and I’m so happy they still have it but is now called something else yet still amazing!!! The staff was great , thanks guys!
