This my third time in Miami and I finally was able to visit here and we loved it

Everything was wonderful counting the days to go back and eat another burger it was amazing and the drinks were delicious
It was my first visit and my family enjoyed the experience.
It was complicated and dramatic to make a reservation for my family, which has 12 people in it. I was asked to sign a contract as if we were a formal event, or the restaurant wouldn't guarantee we could sit together. The food was nothing special given the prices we paid for it, and the server forgot to bring a couple of drinks throughout the meal for different people. The service area where the desserts were prepared looked like a stock room's extra storage, complete with cardboard boxes, and we were sat right next to it. At the end of the meal, the server announced he only makes 5% of the check due to the tip-out policy, so asked us to consider that when determining extra gratuity to be left. It was a weird and uncomfortable experience all around.

So disappointed in this first time experience. No one was in the restaurant for lunch. It was raining outside and we were wet and cold. They placed us at a table under an AC vent. We asked to be moved to a booth not under the AC and weâre told that was for a party of 6. We had 4 guests. They moved us up by the door at a high top we did not want. It smelled of wet mud. The floors were visibly spoiled. We ordered a $39 goblet drink and the waiter took our order. Everyone around us was getting drinks and our waiter never came back except with food. We told him donât worry about the drink. He asked if we were sure. We said yes. Everyone got theirs at the table before the food and now the table is covered with food and no room. We wanted it like everyone else. The food was just okay and as we were getting ready to leave the bus boy was trying to reach over us to take plates after we asked him to wait a moment to allow us to exit the table first. He just laughed. Horrible experience all around.
This was our first time at a Sugar Factory and we weâre celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing the place itself was beautiful and the food was scrumptious! We will definitely be back.
