I rarely write negative reviews, but I would even give this Subway location a negative 5 stars for their service. Absolutely horrible. Just stay away! These people are here only to make. your day miserable. I simply asked for extra jalapeño peppers because that's what I like. The trans-employee (I have absolutely nothing against anyone being trans, by the way!) seemed shocked that I asked for even more jalapeños. I laughed and said, yes, please add more. I was stunned when he was actually angry and said "NO!" I couldn't believe it! It got even worse. I was very nice to him/her/whatever, and asked to please give me more jalapeños. He then put about three hands-full of jalapeño peppers on my sandwich (a foot-long veggie delite sandwich). When it told him I always prefer two handsful of jalapeños, he must have thought I was joking. I was serious. That is what all other Subway stores give me---exactly what I ask for. He flat refused, and said he'd have to charge me for extra meat. I reminded him that I didn't have any meat, but I'd be happy to pay the extra .75 for the extra topping. I'd even be happy to pay double that! He then started to take off all of the jalapeños, and said "No, leave them! That's what I want!" He continued to do just the opposite until only very few were left. I decided not to argue anymore with him/her so after all the veggies were added to the sandwich, I asked for a little extra salt and pepper. I could see that the shaker was giving out any salt, so I asked him/her to add more salt. He removed the lid from the salt shaker and reach into the salt shaker with his fingers and grabbed a handful of salt and poured it across the sandwich. I was hysterically laughing because of the absurdity of it all. As if that were not enough, he took ANOTHER handful of salt and poured that on. S/he then started to immediately take it off as s/he cursed me the whole time. I didn't want anymore performance from this individual, so I simply paid for the sandwich and left. I realized when I got outside that s/he had charged me $2 for the extra even after s/he had removed the jalapeños! I wrote to a report to the corporate office which was obviously forwarded to the franchise owner; his response was a canned message that didn't even address my concern at all. They don't care. I will simply never go to this location again. I urge everyone, especially tourists in the area to stay away from there. Don't let these people ruin your day! Incidentally, I have filed an executive complaint to Subway at their headquarters in Milford, Connecticut.
Very bad sandwich no veggies at all only bread and sauce.
She/he had such a bad attitude. I really wanted subway but had to walk out without food because I could not take it and I was the only one in the store. No need to rush or give attitude.
The women with brown wavy hair is extremely rude! I agree with all comments about how rude she is. I always order and this time around i went to get a spoon. He has a nasty attitude. He was like say “thank you.” I was i did obviously you dont hear with these mask now a days. But i clearly dont owe him a “thank you.” I pay for my food when i go is not free he owes me a thanks because the customers pay for his salary! I buy food here so he should be more courteous with the public. Is not our fault he at subway working find yourself another job if you dont like it! This location should be shut down!

Person making sandwich was in a rush cuz their phone kept ringing, also told me i was limited to how many toppings i could have on my sandwich when they're supposed to be unlimited
