Horrible service, the employee was completely in another world while making the sandwich. Putting pepperoni and some meats which I never asked for. I told them “I never asked for this, why are you making this? Are you making someone else’s sandwich?” No reply, and then HUH? Then kept mocking with “you sure don’t want anything else, don’t want anything else, you sure?” Asked about 8 times like what? And ended with very slowly dropping 5 paper napkins ? In the bag, like the person is not even on earth.
I visited on 05/23/22 at around 7:30-7:40 pmThe employee at the front was grabbing the vegetables you put on the sandwich with his hands no gloves, he then proceeded to open the refrigerator where he had other containers with vegetables after he finished THROWING the cucumbers in the bar he put it back in the refrigerator and it didn’t go all the way inside so he pushed it with his shoe. After waiting for him to finish, he proceeded to grab ANOTHER container to keep filling the vegetables. I asked if someone could help us as i saw he wasn’t interested in taking our order and he said in a minute. I decided to go next door to grab a slice of pizza where i was welcomed as i entered the establishment. On the way back I passed subway and the same employee was outside the door playing and flicking a pocket knife. No one came near him which in return causes loss of customers. Would never RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone.
Waited 20min outside in the rain to pickup my order. Unacceptable.
They are always out of cheddar broccoli soup by noon. I don't understand when it's just a bag you drop and heat up. They are slow in service and no personality.
I don’t believe the guy in there told me wait to prepare other orders and then after 15 minutes told me we are close. Seriously?
Got a BMT with a side of HAIR! Calmly requested a new sandwich from another worker. Should have been it right? The coworker proceeds to tell the one who made the sandwich and the snide comments that ensued was uncalled for. THEN THE RACIST REMARK! Well, then l canceled my request and asked for my money back. No hairnets and they proceed to talk as they work -droplets on your sandwich. No thanks! The manager has no control and allowed the worker to speak freely to a customer.
nice and clean inside but the time it takes them to prepare after toasting it become soggy and worthless. there was only one person taking order preparing and toasting and getting final wrap. only billing had another person. it is not good if you like little warn and not so soggy sandwiches
The staff were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t start our order, and made us wait even though one of the staff members were standing right in front of us, doing nothing. They visibly grumbled about our requests to customize our order, even rudely laughed at us. Wouldn’t come back here again!!
Great subway. Everything's really fresh. My personal favorite is the black forest ham with provolone and dipped in hot cheddar and brockley soup. This is the only subway on the beach ain't been trapped out of. They are very professional. The owners a real good guy and always has great people working there. Been eating here since 2016. I've never had any complaints. They do subway right. Tell em kitty sent you. Or not.
