A member of our party had to wait 10minutes after his steak arrived for the vegetables. The restaurant’s response was to offer to reheat his fillet steak. This response was far below that of what one would expect even in an average setting. Payment for the meal was waived following a complaint. Waiter service was excellent and the food very good except for the above

They made us feel special on our first anniversary. Very attentive staff from the hostess to the bussers. They got all the little things right in terms of the experience. Wonderful place. Will visit often.

Steak and lobster was over cooked. Over priced for what the food you get to eat.

Beautiful restaurant, outstanding staff and amazing food!

There were some options were the portions were not worth the money! The waitress was phenomenal!

Anniversary, everything was great!

Crab cake was amazing!

Overall review - The food and service is phenomenally exceptional. Took my wife on an anniversary date and went all out. Bottle of wine, seafood tower, bone-in ribeye with brussel sprouts and the mac n cheese. Finished it all off with the chocolate ganache cake. More than enough food but totally worth the experience. If you’re looking for an intimate setting with amazing service then this place simply cannot be beat!

The bread is amazing. My filet was cooked to perfection and the Strip Steak sauce is delicious. The Mac and cheese and whipped potatoes were also delicious. Overall, a fantastic and romantic dinner. They also gave us free dessert for our anniversary.

The overall food quality is very good, but the prices for meat and side orders are extremely high. The reception desk is not really customer-oriented and inflexible when it comes to changing tables - they wanted to place us in the basement to fill it up slowly but we wanted to stay on the main floor and were offered a table at the kitchen entrance. The service lady was quite nice and attentive and the restaurant manager stopped by. The ambience in the restaurant is average at most. The restaurant is quite dark, low light and when filled to certain extent quite noisy. Dining with five people including an appetizer and drinks - and we did not order any alcohol - quickly amounts to more than 750 USD and this price is not justified by the overall value you get. Customers pay for the location within the Fontainebleau complex in the South of Miami Beach. At the end we had to wait for 20 min to get our car back from valet parking, complete chaos at the departure section.
