The worst experience ever. they lost my order, I waited 20 minutes and didn't wait for the ordered coffee. I asked several times but the service did nothing. i lost a few dollars but they lost a client forever. I do not recommend

This place helped me channel my inner Karen. I ordered, waited for 50 minutes, then went for a refund. I asked the people working there multiple times where it is, they listened to me and proceeded to not make a coffee. For a wealthy business such as Starbucks it's surprising how poorly trained and short staffed they are at this venue.
Staff was pretty good, at times line were out the doors. A definite repeat visit when staying in the area.
Standard chain. Very friendly team… and fast paced. The line was huge - probably more tourists than locals cause of the area. Tall ceilings help the congestion.
I came every morning and everything was ok until today, when they treated me very badly while agreeing with me (weird). So I normally ask for a Chai with almond milk and espresso. Today they served me a small vase without Chai, only latte (cow milk). When I approach the counter to explain the mistake and get my coffee, they agree they were mistaken but when I talk about the size, the woman starts shouting to me with sudden movements with one arm “This is what you paid for”. She would repeat the sentence 3 or 4 times, without letting me speak. Then, I said I would pay for the difference that I only wanted my coffee. And she said she was going to prepare it as I wanted it but that I didn’t pay for it, then, pointing my first mistaken coffee says “you paid for that”. Weird experience for a simple coffee, and for being 8.30am. Hated being shouted to, looking down to me, and embarrassed as the shop was full. I just wanted to make a review about it, but I’ll probably come back. Thanks for listening!
Huge Starbucks. Moderately busy at noon on weekday. Sweet staff
Slowest Starbucks ever. The baristas just saunter back and forth and spend more time talking than preparing coffee. I watched in girl dip a tea bag for 90 seconds straight after taking 60 seconds to open it.
