The service was pretty bad. I ordered Pike coffee but I got warm dark coffee. At first, they argued that it was Pike until one of the employees said that it was dark coffee. It was not worth it.

I absolutely LOVE Sam and Nari!! Talk about personality and customer service! They took such good care of me! They really took the time to help me explore my options and gave their recommendations. They are a great asset to this franchise and I look forward to visiting them again soon!

It would take ages to get a cup of coffee from this branch of Starbucks. There were only two employees working, one preparing the beverages and the other dealing with maintenance. It's obvious that they're short-staffed and can't even pre-order here.
