Had read a bit about this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. Helpfull and friendly staff. We took our choices from their Pre-selected menu with Chef specialties. You dont have to wait long to get your food. Rice and egg noddles still hard and veggies over coocked. Not a place that we will visit again.
A solid place to grab something quick to eat, nothing fancy. My go to is the udon noodles. The flavours are really good with lots of sauces. You can make your own custom stir fry or get one of their pre made combos. Great options for vegetarians too!
Today, We wanted to try siracha noodles and decided to order it online. The order was totally messed up and we did not get what we ordered. Did not want to go back with the order as it was quite a walk. Yesterday when we were there for bubble tea, we noticed another couple returning their order back mentioning exactly the same we experienced today with messed up order. This is crazy because we even paid extra for the extras. Out of the other orders, There were 2 orders (one rice and one noodle) which was supposed to be tasting the same and yet did not taste the same. The sauces were messed up. Kids were totally unhappy. Please DO NOT order online and please check your order before leaving the place. Sorry have to give 1 star for the lack of checking the online order and messing up our order
Food was okay. I however, got the wrong noodles. Also the boba tastes good but the actual bubbles were to big or glued together and couldn't be sucked through the straw. I also dislike the fact that even if you dine in you still get your food served in take-away boxes
The food was fresh and delicious. I had the udon noodle with green curry and coconut sauce with broccoli and mushrooms. I also tried the black tea (wait until the ice melts or it might be too sweet).The atmosphere was really cute. I could see the vibe they were trying to set. My problem was the people around the restaurant. There were several homeless people around, one who got food from a patron (which was so nice) then the homeless lady started to complain about not getting a napkin. The lady's restroom was not clean and was stopped up. The men's restroom had no lock.I'd go back for the food but I would not dine in.
This was the worst delivery order I have ever received. Normally I do not leave reviews, good or bad, but this was so horrible that I need to warn anyone considering ordering from the sriracha house. Let’s start with the most obvious… there’s no rice noodles in the rice noodle dish! Both dishes look identical, 2 piles of nasty mush. No veggies that I paid extra for. So many items missing. Texture of regurgitated slop. I was shocked at the quality and complete disregard to the order. If I could give 0 starts I would. Absolutely terrible.
Employees are better working and more friendly with customer than manager at night after 12:00 Am Sunday.My chicken fried rice was too salty due to high soy sauce, I expressed it with one of the employee and even he tried a bit confirming salty. I was not expecting to trade as I consume half of the bowl but in fact explaining the salt content in the rice as I was hungry.Employee approached to store manager suggesting the salty of the rice and store manager started confronting me that he can’t exchange as it is consumed and I had to approach him before eating.I just mentioned the rice is salty but I am not expecting to trade. I even mentioned I don’t mind paying again but manager is not customer friendly and don’t know how to take care of customers and explain customers.What I observed there was employee’s work hard than manager and they are more customer friendly. I visited this restaurant only twice, the first time I eat fried rice was so good which made me to go back, but second by experiencing the manager rude behavior and unfriendly to customer made me to avoid this chain of restaurants.
As some other reviews also mentioned: the noodles are drenched/swimming in sauce. Far too much sauce! I ordered a vegetarian with 3 vegetables, but there was hardly any vegetables in. Also. Way overcooked. Too bad of a great concept!
First timer! I wasn’t disappointed. You choose your noddles, sauce, protein, etc. pretty good. I chose the Teriyaki sauce which was soooo good. Highly recommend.
