I’m a loyal customer that worked and eat here almost daily. I love the business structure, but when it comes to the staff and some of the other customers, it’s can be very uncomfortable verbally most of the times when I come here for my morning and evening smoothies. Very rude and disrespectful comments are being made which makes me feel targeted. I don’t even say a word and come here to get some work done while I’m drinking my favorite smoothie, until collectedly rude statements of verbally harassment from customers and staff which have me questioning the professionalism of the work environment along with the customer experience. It’s not right non fair for anyone to experience such a thing specially if I sometime the only black male in the seating area. Just need one of my favorite space to practice more professionalism because it can make any indigenous individual feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. NOT COOL!
First of all the smoothie are amazing, there is a HUGE selection of flavors (I had Stawberry and banana? Second, the place is kept spotless??,there plenty os space and seats if you want to seat and relax and escape from the Sun while sipping your drink whether by yourself or with family and friends. The two ladies there were very quick and helpful. Hands down, thumbs up for the Smoothie King and its queens on South Beach Gianna and Amaria
Came here to pick up an app order Saturday October 16th for my mother at 1:26pm and the young lady had so much attitude and was visibly upset and talking to herself. She barked at me asking for my what I needed then as I was explaining my online order cut me off rudely and rolled her eyes saying “I got it”Then she asked me “is this for here or to-go or what do u want” with an attitude again.Which is honestly is a odd and irrelevant question being that all smoothies are handed to customers over the counter in the same fashion AND if there was additional information she needed she wouldn’t have rudely cut me off.I felt like she was asking to show her displeasure further and let me know she just got into work.I understand that sometimes you just get into work and you’re instantly in the weeds needing time to adjust or maybe even something in your personal life was getting to you BUT you NEVER make a customer feel the way she did today. Call in sick next time because I would much rather see a sorry we are closed today sign than have another interaction like that at a place where I’m a paying customer.

One of the best places to go! Haley is honestly one of the best people there, her energy towards customers is always on point! sad to see her leaving so soon but my wife and i wish her the best in management for this awesome company!

What a fantastic place!! I go for a smoothie about 3-4 times a week. The product is great and the atmosphere is even better. Most of all the people that work there are most considerate and helpful. Truly a terrific experience.
