I’ve been to this place few times in the past few years and they always provide great customer service. The coffee is descent . Good coffee beans . I also think it’s a good price considering the location . They have plenty of outdoor seating and cute and fun indoor seating as well . This time I only grabbed a coffee but I’ve had breakfast in the past and they have good options and descent food .
Japanese Green tea and chicken mozzarella sandwich was so good!
American coffee is too watered down — the picture speaks for itself. I asked the person who made it and she told me that I asked for an americano, which is an espresso with water. I guess that explains it for her.I never had an “artisan” americano so watered down.
I ordered chagaccino coffee here just for the hype. It tasted different. My husband ordered a latte. Substituted milk for oat milk. This place is very pricy. We spent $19.
If you’re looking for an espresso to drink in the morning to start your day off right to go and make money and work 12 hours a day definitely consider the spot to be your first place of choice when you wake up in the morning to have an espresso to make money

Good place for a quick coffee and light breakfast. Very relaxed patio. I ordered a large cappuccino and muffin. They were what you would expect. Service was friendly and prompt.

Fun place for snacks and people watching. There is often a queue - but it moves fast. This visit we just had cappuccinos - reliably good. We have had a mean açaí bowl in the past, although with a less good cooked breakfast. At Shepherd you are immersed in the bustle of Collins all with the Beatles soundtrack that they tend to prefer.
No effort was put in preparing food. No flavor. Huge chunks of cheap tomatoes, onions, celery were thrown on top of old quinoa that was stale and glued in chunks. Not coming back
