This Shake Shack location has the best burgers and fries in Miami Beach! We have been coming here on and off for years and have never been disappointed! We each ordered ahead of time on our phone for pickup in case there were lines. Good thing we did that because as soon as we got inside, here come the customers!We both ordered the newest item, the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger! Omg, it was so delicious!! We were both raving about it. And then their very popular Cheesy Fries were to die for!! Very addicting. My daughter ordered the Sprinkle Cookie Shake also and was thrilled with that. I had water. Fantastic comfort food.Easy parking across the street. Will always phone in ahead from now on because I saved a lot of time. Highly recommend!
Best fast food place I’ve ever been to. The place is very clean, and the burgers are absolutely amazing. About 6-9$ for a burger I believe. Everything is at your disposition: water with cups, ketchup, mustard, napkins… I highly recommend the shakes.
this is solely based on the time management skills or lack of the employees or perhaps management which gives take out orders priority. guys. some one take their time to come to your store they get priority not people who are too lazy. oh yeah the place was half empty.
Terrible experience. My 8 year old daughter was served this raw burger. I brought this to the managers attention and she looked shocked but no empathy or care yelled to the back to make a new one and handed it back to me without even an apology. Terrible service make sure to check your food. Before we made it out the door another customer yelled as they took a bite into their burger as well.

Placed a simple order a double shake burger and fries. Took 20 minutes to order whilst the staff are just playing about and don’t give a toss. After 30 minutes wait and nothing it appeared that order had gone astray. No apology or nothing. Then trying to get a refund took forever. Never go to shake shack in Miami ever again. Luckily there is a McDonald’s round the corner from shake shack
Shake Shack (Miami Beach) - Serving the best burgers pretty much anywhere.Sure there might be some random steakhouse selling you Kobe beef at $150 / oz.Cool if that's your thing.But - literally - Rich and Poor can spend $10 on a delicious burger.Danny Meyer FTW!

I love Shake Shack! Great location and clean. Tons of seating indoors and outdoors. Staff are friendly and service is pretty seamless.
